The friendly staff. The hotel grounds is beautiful. you can spend most of vacation there and not be disappointed. We stayed in a deluxe room with view. Room 6009. Loved everything about it. The breakfast buffet was awesome.
The place is huge! Walking from lobby to room took forever. Small sacrifice for luxury.
Great hotel, great pool and very friendly staff!
breakfast was very overpriced
The pools and fitness center were great.
The room decor was dated and food prices were extremely unreasonable. We paid $32 for a garden salad with 4oz of chicken.
location and service
high pricei booked the fifth night free but they didn't do itI talked to front desk they say we can't do any thingthere was no person to make descion
The beauty of the resort and location. Staff was superb. Very happy with the staff.
Food was excellent, but way too expensive
Great pool and general surroundings
Ocean access is limited due to risk.
The service was the best I have ever had - anywhere. Every one of the staff from reception, landscapers, pool, restaurant, valet, maids - every single emoyee was gracias and welcoming. Facilities were exceptional and location was incredible.
It's a little pricey
Felt like the room wasn't worth the price
Individual attention Met you with a lei Breakfast buffet excellent Great pool
The grounds and the food were the highlights!! Rooms were clean but dated. Location is ideal for sun and fun.
artwork- quality original artwork that reflected the local culture and history made it homey and authentic. Hotel and pool and grounds were very clean. Grounds were beautifully landscaped. Location was exceptional - accessible to airport, beaches etc
over the top with oppulence - too fancy too excessive in grandeur: too big too expensive. grotesque glorificaion of glamour.game room was poorly maintained. pool table too small, not level, and cues were broken
The pools, views, restaurants, shopping, facilities. A lot of activities to keep you occupied.
It was far away from the city/freeways. It was in a kinda remote pocket but we did not feel like coming out of the resort and we were happy just being there in the resort.
The pools and grounds
First our lock on the door upon our arrival was dead and mold above French door entering the bathroom and dust and grime on ceiling fan and vent fan
We woke up the first morning and found a roach running around the bathroom. It messed up the mood of the room and hotel stay. Every time I went to the bathroom, I was afraid the roach might jump out on me.
The room large qnd nice shower.
To large 56 acres, two wings of a hundred rooms to elevator. Breakfast room hols 600 people was alwaya full and noisey
