The hotel upgraded my room for free upon arrival. They gave me a larger room, which was a comfortable size granted that this was in Hong Kong. The location is fantastic, I was only 2 blocks away from Temple Street. The location is really right in between Tsim Sha Tsui and Yau Ma Tei, aka Jordan. They also had a small gym but comes with everything you need. Overall, it's a small hotel but definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed in Hong Kong. I recommend it.
The staff was ok. They did their job but it didn't feel like they would go out of their way to help you out.
Staff attentiveness and housekeeping were very nice. Helped me on all my questions. Cleaned my room when I needed it by noon. Hotel location is very nice, close to all public transportation - bus, MTR, taxi, and so on. Good value for the hotel price.
Closet space was a bit cramped but it did not discourage my stay at the hotel.
Easy acces to Nathan Road. In the heart of Kowloon.
We requested a non smoking room but on check in were allocated a twin bedded smoking room which smelt badly. The hotel staff however were excellent and changed our room to a non smoking one immediately. Breakfast choice was limited and we only used it once.
the location was excellent, closeto bus annd trains; the room was spacious and the beds comfortable.
because it is a very old property, the internal noise was bad, especially from adjacent rooms and the aircon
This is my 3rd trip to Hong Kong and I find that the rooms are spacious and cozy compared to the ones I experienced before. I was upgraded to a tripple bed room which has ample space for my toddler to run around.
Convenience, and the staffs were very helpful.
Location is not too bad. The standard rooms are quite large. Hotel staff are also nice and helpful.
Convenient and close to MTR.
Room was very small.
very comfy bed !
when tax and extras added seems a bit expensive
we had to wait a few hours before our room was ready on arrival room was cleaned late in afternoon which i think is a little late
The location of the hotel and the clean rooms. The bell boys and an older lady staff were extremely friendly and responsive to questions and requests.
The reception seems to be undermanned. Late check-in: I can only check into one of my rooms at 6pm. Nonchalant attitude from the staff (other than the bell boys) - Some of the staff at the reception seem clueless (except a Violet Leung who seemed to be handling everything). Another example was when I suffered a deep cut in the gym, requested for some dressing, and only received some small dressing after bleeding profusely for 15 mins. No service recovery efforts from hotel despite the misgivings mentioned above.
Prime location easy to travel
Price is a bit too high
