Pros:The rooms are nice, clean, up to date but in an older stlye, comfortable and nice to stay in. Central location, amazing staff, and warm feeling keep me coming back. Four of 6 stays in Kremenchuk at the Helicopter.

Pros:I can not begin to overstate the pleasant nature of the staff, and their desire to make one feel comfortable with the stay. The staff is very pleasant, willing to talk if that is your desire, provide tea or coffee, and provide information, make recommendations, and help their very best to make the stay as nice as possible. I took excessive advantage of their laundry service, knowing that it was available. That poor lady was so shocked at how much I had (I had been traveling for a week prior to coming to Kremenchug). But, with an appropriate tip, Everything was done, and incredibly quickly. I was very happy, and will plan to stay there again on following trips.
Cons:As many mention, the breakfast could be better. But, it is outsourced rather than provided by the hotel itself. So, given that as a consideration, I was not terribly upset. If it were so bad, there are many cafe's not too far away with great food and service. It is a little pricey considering the city. But, still a nice place to stay.
