Seeing the Sea through the windows while in my bed!
The room was a bit small...
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.
It is an old and picturesque. Nice to have a price list by the minibar. The bar downstairs is nice. The staff is nice.
The interior design of the room was really not pretty. There were no bin bags in any of the waste bins in the room. The hotel is to far from the city centre if you consider the general level of taxi/transport service, opening hours of the shops etc in La Ciotat.
Hotel staff screwed up our room. They were not very helpful or caring to fix it. Rooms are not cleanly enough nor do they truly represent what you see on the internet.
We had booked a standard room before going away and on arrival we requested an upgrade to a sea view which we were given from the 2nd night. The staff were excellent and very helpful and arranged the transfer of our things from one room to another. The room was very clean and everything was in good working order.
No bad points. The room at the back of the hotel was very clean and functional but only had one small window which you could not look out of but the room at the front had a balcony overlooking the sea.
