Hertz staff are quite unprofessional, disrespectful and uninformed. Besides charging me almost twice as much due to out-of-the-blue fees (including "hotel fees," and a supposed sales tax of 64%, which was further taxed at the end), when I requested to talk with the manager, the sales person said he was needed at some other location, which was evidently false as I could confirm when I said I could wait. The manager refused to talk with us, notwithstanding the fact that he was there the whole time. By the time we left having paid an excess of 40 dollars, the office was crowded with upset customers who Hertz staff were ignoring.Dollar

Nothing. Mexico regulation did not allow Alamo de respect the price published in Kayak and the final one was double. I cannot rent the car and I ended renting another one from another company.Cons:

Nothing. There was no car available, and I was told that I would be contacted as soon as there was a car. No contact was ever made. Awful experience, messed up all of my plans for that day and the following one. Will never use Kayak or Alamo againCons:
