I ordered a Cadillac or similar and was offered a Volvo SUV which is not my style. I ordered a luxury car. I was then offered a compact sports sedan, which ended up being a BMW 3 series. It was nice but I am a big person and do not like SUVs and order luxury cars for the very large size and extra room. The BMW 3 series is a very nice car but much smaller inside than the Cadillac or Lincoln I'm usually ordering. I did not receive the car class size I ordered. I was not unhappy but the experience was not great either.5.6 Fair

Friendly staff when we finally arrived to correct Enterprise location. It did save us money, but was a hassle we weren't prepared for.Cons:
When I called Enterprise to confirm the car reservation, I asked about pickup, since this was not the airport location. I was told it was 3.6 miles from airport and there would be a free shuttle to pick us up. Turned out to NOT be true, and almost 8 mile Lyft ride to get there.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was extremely accommodating. They were very helpful even though our flight was delayed and we arrived after the office had closed. They still provided us with the hard to find van when we arrived a day late, they honored our original reservation price and provided an uber to get back to the airport upon return. Very courteous and helpful staff and management.10.0 Wonderful

I loved the patience that Charles showed in assisting my irate hubby --who expected a compact car when there were only SUVs. We were quoted a price of 118.00 for the wk on a compact and we had to leave with a 94.00 dollar a day Kia Sorrento. He was the star-- he kept his cool as he tried to help us as much as he possibly could. He exhibited true grace. Glendale Avis/Budget.Cons:
We were quoted a price of 118.00 for the wk on a compact and we had to leave with a 94.00 dollar a day Kia Sorrento. Usually when there is no car available in the reservation the price stays the same and the car rental company takes the hit for not having the car in the class requested. Didn't think it was our fault there were no cars. Customer service was on par but company policy did not meet a gold standard.Budget

car I picked up in Glendale branch was very dirty I don t think they went through it at all . they gave us a car without a carwash. and half a tank gas!!!!!in this time of COVID we had to sanitize the car completely I had to get the car otherwise would not go with it! and enter data correctly so the customer does not have to go through the hassle of getting charges reverse.5.6 Fair
