We had an 8am pick up, didn't get out of there until 9:30. They wouldn't accept the insurance I had taken out through Kayak, so the price tag went up from $27 for the weekend to well over $100, just the insurance. They added so many extra fees I paid almost $500 for the 3 days. That was my first time and last time renting with Enterprise.8.8 Very good

When I arrived they did have the car I ordered. The sales rep went to the manager and asked to give me an upgrade from the back. The manager said I had to wait until a customer brought another car back? I didnt order. He said the website said they did not have to give me the car I picked out. The manager african amrrican gave a black woman a car and men who walked in I sat there and men and black woman came in and they got cars. I felt discriminated against. White woman. The car they gave me was dirty. I waited and waited with others getting cars. I called Enterprise and leftca medsage for them to call. They didnt. Cathy NelsonAvis

The pick up was easy. The car was waiting for me ready for pick at the front, clean and newly washed. The person at the Lagrange pick up was professional and helpful at the same time. The drop off was easy and painless as well.10.0 Wonderful

A KIA Optima is a full sized car???? dont think so... Person behind the counter tried to tell me that $135.00 and $75.00 equaled $312.00...told me thats what the computer said...told him to figure it out himself...he then developed an attitude and said that is what the computer says told him to add it up himself....THEN thats where he sees the problem...some not wanted extra insurance. Oh theres the problem...finally the price was where it was supposed to be.... Not a good experience Budget...Hertz

One person working. Got there at 9am and checked out at 10am. lady before me was waiting on the only person to clean her car, which she had paid for days ago. The car I rented started having Engine issues not even a mile down the road. I returned it and got a free upgrade to a Jeep. I was in a hurry and had to take the car dirty since I didn't have time to wait another hour for her to vacuume the car. Never renting from Hertz again.National
