Pros:
staff was very friendly and helpful. when I needed to extend my car rental reservation they had no problem extending it for me on the phone.Cons:
They just need to be more informative about certain details. example: if you return the car after the time you picked up the car than you will be charged an extra fee or another day.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was my first rental experience that I actually got a better car than the one I reserved—my previous 3 rentals had nowhere near the car reserved, even after confirmation the day before. To top it all off, the drop off could not have been any easier, and I was able to keep the car longer than anticipated. We will be going to this particular enterprise for all my rentals in the future.Cons:

The price I was given for the rental.Cons:
The customer service was poor. Employees treat customers like numbers without any care and rushing through the paperwork without properly explaining. The car was extremely dirty on the inside and it was advertised that they now have added cleanliness but I did not see that.Avis

Pros:
The staff did not notify me that they had no cars eventhough Kayak.com allowed me to book online. But, i was notified 2 hours before I was suppose to pickup the car to drive to my flight.Cons:
Kayak and Budget need to figure out the rental inventory before allowing customers to book. And the system should also allow ample time for the potential customer to resolve the inventory booking error.8.0 Very good

The car itself was dirty. Full of pet hair. I picked it up just as it was being dropped off and it wasn’t cleaned. Aside from that the service was excellent and price was fair.Rent-4-Less
