Pros:
This review has nothing to do with Avis and everything to do with Kayak.Cons:
How was I allowed to make a car rental reservation with Avis when Avis had no cars available? Not only were there no cats available, the car that Kayak quoted me didn’t even exist in their system. I spent $55 in Uber rides to get to Avis and back home, without a car. Not only did my Kayak reservation not exist, I actually lost money. I asked Avis how this could be possible and they said they communicate their inventory to Kayak so there’s no reason why I was able to make a reservation for a non-existent car.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
The vehicle was very comfortable with a smooth ride.Cons:
We waited for 2 hours for our vehicle. Our original vehicle was not available for whatever lie they told us. And we needed to upgrade to a more expensive car that was not in our budget but were forced to rent since we had Thanksgiving plans and were on a schedule. Personnel was friendly but we can see right threw there lies. Just be honest next time.10.0 Wonderful

I love that they pick me up and drop me off for free. And I've always been given an upgrade, so that's cool. I don't have a car so it's very easy to add liability coverage at a reasonable cost too.Cons:

Pros:
The staff was very friendly, and more importantly they were punctual. I didn’t have to wait to get my vehicle and the car was a very nice 300S. Golda was a great representative and I was more than satisfied her customer service! I will definitely be back to rent cars at this location. Overall experience was excellent!9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
They didn't have the car that we reserved for. Instead of upgrading us for free, we had to pay more. Short handed, the poor guy was trying his best but he can do only so much. He has to help front counter, do the walk around, wash the car since they don't have any available. we had to wait 45 minutes. When I returned the car, same story. Same guy working alone. There were around 5 or 6 people ahead of me. My wife has a dental appointment so I had to drop my wife off to her dentist and went back to return the car..Eagle Rent A Car
