Park Hyatt Maldives, Hadahaa boasts 50 villas set on a pristine tropical island located on the North Huvadhoo Atoll believed to be one of the largest and deepest atolls in the world.
It is a typical motel. Room was OK, just somewhat cold at night. \nThe problem are the ways to get there: drive, take a cab, or take silver express bus from Logan airport. The bus goes on the hour and costs 11$ one-way. Its station is in the Shopping World plaza, about 1/4 km from the hotel. \n\nMy problem was that I arrived to Boston 11PM, and had to take a taxi to hotel (75$). \nThere is a rail link too, but infrequent, and is far from this motel.
My husband and I only needed a place to stay for the night and this hotel met those needs. For a longer stay I wouldn't recommend the place. There are no amenities at all, unless you count the free coffee in the office. The maintenance of the individual rooms has been somewhat let go, peeling paint, rusting metal, dated interior decor, etc. Overall the experience was middle of the road. The staff was very friendly upon checking in and out. They also have several booklets/brochures in the office area for the local tourist attractions which was very informative and allowed us to take a small side trip to the JFK Presidential Library. But the condition of the room was a little disappointing not enough however to spoil the trip.
Suprised at how much I liked the place. The room was much nicer than I thought and the bed was really good.
