Many people in the lobby until very late at night and making lots of noise. Again early in the morning with the people and the noise. I was there for one night and got almost no sleep. i eill not stay there again.
Staff made room promises to me 2.5 months in advance and reneged on their promises. Caused HUGE embarrassment for me as I had promised my group they would all have suites. By the end of the week we were only using 4 of 7 rooms because it didn't work.Receptionist was more defensive than helpful. Claimed that they would never promise suites to Priceline customers (THEY DID)! If they had said in November that they wouldn't be able to grant my request, I would have absorbed the loss and would have gone elsewhere. Instead, I took them at their word and was blindsided at check-in. NEVER going back to this hotel and will be very reluctant to ever use Priceline again!
Bath Towels were very old, one was tore too. However, those were clean though.
Bed linens and curtains were thread bare and mattresses springs squeezed with every movement.
The hotel's staff is unbelievably unprofessional. If they spent half the time and energy on being friendly and accommodating to their guests that they spend on trying to squeeze every last dime out of you, then this would be a great hotel.I have been using Priceline for many years now and have stayed in many great hotels as a result. However, unfortunately this experience was different. The front desk staff, namely Jessica, was very deceitful when I checked in. I agreed, while being on the phone with both Priceline and Days Inn, to pay $40 extra for two double beds instead of a single queen bed room. Once I arrived at the hotel, I was told that no rooms with double beds were available, so I would have to take a room with a sofa sleeper instead. I told them that I felt as though I had been mislead since I was guaranteed on the phone that I would have the two beds. Jessica told me that there was nothing she could do since Priceline had already charged me the ex...
I thought I was getting two beds. They charged me $20 more for a 2nd bed. It would have been cheaper to book the room in person. I will not be using priceline again.
I did not like the hotel at all!
The room was small. No air . Switched rooms and still had no air. Location hard to get to
The rooms smelled like smoke. They were extremely small, and outdated. The bath tub did not hold water and there was no plug.I have tried Days Inn before, and said I would never return, but when the priceline.com website gave me this hotel, I accepted and determined to give DI a second try. This is absolutely the last time I will ever use Days Inn.
