I loved the distance to downtown Disney springs, you can't get any closer as far as accommodations go. The rooms felt and looked clean and fairly modern. The pillows were very comfortable and the bed wasn't awful. All the employees were polite and helpful. We had plenty of towels and I loved the central a/c rather than the shakers.
The noise! I'm not one to complain about noise because obviously when you're on vacation you expect others to be on the go constantly moving around opening and closing doors. That wasn't a problem for me. However, where our room was located on the top floor directly next to the elevator it was just too much. You hear it constanly. I would absolutely request a different room if I stayed here again.
The pool area
The pool hours. By the time we got back from the parks our legs were sore from walking. It would have been nice to have been able to get in the hot tub for a little bit
Location was great! It was across the street from Downtown Disney. Buses were available to go to the Disney parks and I saw one for the outlets too... Amenities were good too and the 2 staff that helped us with our problems were very nice (looking for our room and the security guy that helped us find our pillow we had left).
I did not like how the building is set up. My room was on the 'A' side of the building, but the elevators say 'B'elevators. When we were in the right side, our key didn't want to work, so we went all over looking for maybe the right side (with bags and a child that was tired). When we got to the other side, the numbers didn't match. We finally make it to the lobby, which was a little confusing too from the Parking level, and I asked an employee... He took me to the first place we were and I mentioned the 'B' elevator on the 'A' side and that was the first time he noticed! Well, the whole problem was that the front had made keys to the room next door because he tried it and worked, but there were already people in there! Finally after an hour running around with a tired child and everyone hungry, we finally made it to the room... Another thing I didn't like was the tub. It was really clogged, would take forever to drain and the faucet was not easy to close... It took some muscle to make it stop dripping...
I liked the close proximity to downtown disney. Pool staff was very nice and attentive
My room was located on second floor end room just above the food delivery area.It was very noisy at night. When I left my room workers would stare at me and my friend until we were out of sight.
I like the service , the swimming pool my daughter enjoyed a lot , employees were very polite and especially that it was very close to downtown Disney .
You should sell more stuff on the cafe and restaurant buffet should be to expensive . And the check out time should be later then 11:00am.
Woke up to use the restroom in the middle of the night and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Slept the rest oft height with all the lights on to avoid further visitors.
Very convenient to parks and Downtown Disney. The grounds were nice and parking area was spacious.
Nice looking, great pool, a walk from downtown disney
Location relative to disney is good.
Hotel feels old and dingy. Parking is terrible.
We loved the location, cleanliness of the lobby, friendliness of the staff, food options, pool layout
There was a dead roach in our room upon check in
Having transportation to the park was great. Only paid $8 hotel parking fee instead of $17 fee at Disney.
The location was the only good perk.
Room smelled like wet dog. We had someone from house keeping spray around the room but didnt help at all. They were sold out so no moving into another room. The parking was terrible as no spaces available. The air conditioner could not keep the room cool enough. Will not be staying at this location again.
I was accommodated with an early check in to lactate in the privacy of my own room, as I am a breastfeeding mother.
I asked for the sheets to be changed on night 2 of my 4 night stay verbally on the phone to housekeeping and they were not.
The staff was so amazing! We were actually booked at another hotel which was so bad it should have been shut down! This hotel was fully booked and I accidentally booked the wrong night for here yet they made a way to have a room for us! We were so close to Disney and my daughter enjoyed all the Disney features! They staff was amazing the hotel saved us from the other nightmare!!!
That employees take their time to answer any question
The location is probably why the night's stay was $170. The shuttle buses are very convenient.
The rooms are very small. And very close to the street. And parking lot. The walls seem paper thin, and the ceiling is very short. My husband could touch his elbow to the ceiling. Not worth the price.
Rooms had moldy smell...construction around...overpriced property fee.
You promise that in the breakfast will be Goofy and Pluto, and Pluto doesn t Go!!! Imagine my Young soon... And the Room didn t like me
Staff was efficient and courteous. Lobby food cafe was very convenient. Parking was easy. Proximity to Disney World and Downtown Disney is great. You can easily walk to downtown Disney - important because their current construction has made parking at downtown Disney a pain. Views on disney side are incredible.
Since it's an older hotel the rooms are rather small. I was surprised they still have the smaller double beds when most nearby and on property hotels have upgraded to queen beds. Could not comfortably fit two adults or an adult and older child in these beds. The mattresses felt a bit worn and thin, too.
Like how close it is to Down Town Disney.
They added $8.00 to our prepaid room because we had a car??
The place is old and looks it. Don't stay in the wings if at all possible.
We didn't feel connected to the Hotel at all. The room was the furthest from the hotel. Didn't feel connected. It was just a room and that's all.
I liked the pool and how close it was to downtown disney
Well. .. the only Place I used my credit card was the front desk at check in, And I distinctly remember the man at check in selling my card twice (he did it didn't take the 1st time), and before I left orlando someone had bought 3 tickets on Thai Air. Coincidence? Maybe. Then they had$18 resort fee and an $8 parking fee (we are only there one night. The shower had was too low (I'm 5.4)
Liked how close the hotel was to Downtown Disney & the Disney Parks.
Did not like the extra resort fee charged daily. Our room smelled like it was cleaned daily with dirty towels, and was not worth the nightly amount we paid.
Breakfast was good but a little pricey. Great for staying close to Downtown Disney.
I felt trapped by the bedsheets, shower head built for a short person. Did not like the extra charges for parking and resort fee!!
Soft pillows One of there staff even let there self into the room with out knocking then when he realized we were still in the room he said the door was open that was not the case room safe was not working maybe he knew that fact
They charge hidden fees so what you thought you were paying for quickly is 30 to 40 dollars more per night parking is non existent mostly because they rent parking to a rental car company so your only option is to valet park and they will park your car up and down the road were anyone can just walk up to your car and I'm Sure because of that and many other issues with they make you sign a paper saying that if you leave early they can charge you a penalty there way of making sure you stay and don't cancel because of there horrible service stay at a real disney hotel it is worth the extra (it may have been cheaper our nightly avg wound up being 140 a night after they changed fees and parking) at least you know how much the bill is before you check out
Have stayed there before and was in the lobby building, had a great room and experience. This time was put in another building and it's definitely overdue on getting new mattreses. we asked for a quiet area because we go to bed early and rise early. We got put on the bottom floor and had constant noise from people waking past. I will stay again if not in the older part of the hotel.
Great location Pool was not used but seemed clean and spacious
Room. Terrible. Very small. Paint was coming off the bathroom door Noisy. Seemed like there was construction happening in the hall all night When I went to check I. The restaurant it seemed as if I was interrupting the hosted and busser. And add on rates not explained when I paid for the night originally
Location was amazing, small walk to downtown disney and the Disney park busses. Many things around to eat. Room was great for us, young couple on a Disney getaway.
resort fees + parking fee??? Felt like a scam
Clean rooms, friendly staff.
Pedestrian traffic at night outside room made noise levels entirely too high and this was on a weekday night. TV remote control didn't work , had to call to get another one. Good quality control should have noticed this when room was being made up.
Loved the location and staff. Breakfast with characters spectacular.
Slightly over stated as a Disney Resort. Disappointed that the view wasn't better.
this is not clean hotel ..my 3 day stay they did not change the bed sheets and the hotel smell bad bathroom very small bathtub satin
The transportation to parks is great.
Location! 3 min walk to Disney Downtown with all the restaurants, shopping, and shuttles going to parks. 2 huge pools. Nice play area in kiddy pool with sprinklers and water guns.
Broken fauset, old chipped bath tub, somebody's hear in that bath tub that a made "overlooked". They are asking guests not to take tovels from their rooms to a pool as they provide them, but at our arrival night there was no sign of towels by the pool.... so we had to walk to our room all wet. There are no ambrellas at a pool site! Only gazebos that you have to rent. Check out also presented a problem - they charged us parking fee twice, as well as resourt fees. I had to come down to customer service to corect those charges 3 times. But I have to admit that the stuff is nice and friendly
There was really nothing to like. The rooms were dirty! Car alarms went off all night because the valet staff could not find the cars and pressed the panic buttons! Felt like I Was in a city.
The fitness area was opene to children of all ages. Imagine how unsafe it is when 8 year olds are playing with weights or on treadmills unsupervised!
