I made my reservation a week in advance & they called me at 8:30a on the morning I was to pick the car up to tell me nothing was available. I had to cancel my reservation. I called Enterprise directly & booked another location only to arrive at 12p for pick up but there were no cars available. Never again!!!Alamo

Cons:
My rental pickup was for 2pm. The flight got in at 2 and the Alamo agent left before any customers got to the Alamo counter, even though he/she must have known there were people in that flight that booked rentals with Alamo. I spent over $200 extra having to rent through another company and will never use Alamo again. I also question Kayak’s booking platform for not flagging the early closure of Alamo rental countries at the airport.Avis

Better selection of cars...did not have Altima that I reserved, nor did they have any of that class...only choices were a Jetta that was very dirty and had bald tires, and a Corrolla that was ok...took the Corrolla despite the smaller size.Hertz
