Pros:
I only needed a one way rental to get from Lake Elsinore to San Diego. I got a free upgrade even though I only needed it for a couple hours just to get me there. The staff were very friendly and professional.9.6 Wonderful

We like the ease of renting the vehicle, the thoroughness of the professionals showing us the vehicle, the quality of the vehicle that was presented and the performance of the vehicle we rented.Cons:
the only thing that can be improved is the communication between the your company and Enterprise regarding the insurance. Your company offered the insurance for 10$ but Enterprise did not honor that specifying that Enterprise has its own insurance policy which is much higher than that of your company. (if that all makes sense)Hertz

Pros:
The vehicle was nice. Not the expected rental but it fit everything we had to make it back to Texas with.Cons:
The service picking up the vehicle could have been a lot better. Only one person working because everyone else was at lunch or “called in”. A warning before renting needs to be advertised about a major credit card is needed to rent anything over a full-size vehicle and that they do a soft credit check, needing at least a 650 to rent the vehicle. This wasn’t known until we got there. Thankfully things worked out but we had to downsize the vehicle because I don’t carry a credit card. Returning the vehicle was easy and great. It was just picking the vehicle up that made this experience so bad.4.4 Mediocre

The car we reserved was not available. But we were provided with a significant upgrade at no extra cost. The sales person was very accommodating! Very pleasant person!2.0 Poor

Cons:
I reserved a premium car (Impala) however when I got to the office they did not have the car I reserved. I had even had a confirmation of the rental but the had no other cars except a Jeep which could not even hold over 2 small suitcases in the back. Both agents claimed to be the supervisor and when a 3rd employee showed up she said everybody in the office was a supervisor. Receiving a confirmation made no difference to them. All 3 employees were rude and obnoxious and had attitudes. Not even a sorry from them. Cost me and family and extra hour and a half to locate another car rental and Enterprise took wonderful care of us in 10 minutes we were on our way. Never again will Avis ever get our family's business.5.6 Fair

The office closes at noon and nothing in my emails from Avis told me so. I only discovered it while driving there. Called to tell them I would be ~5 minutes late and they would not wait. I got there and the place was locked up but they were still inside, and refused to help me.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
After calling to make arrangements to change my drop off location and being told there would be no fees, no extra charges, I proceed with my day and feel relieved. I get there, the paperwork is processed, I hand her the keys and she gives me a receipt. As I walk out the door, I read the receipt. My one day rental, originally prices at $83 is now over $500. What!?! I return to the counter and ask what the heck is going on. Because of the change in drop off location, my daily rate was bumped to $120, there was a $300 fee and a bunch of other miscellaneous charges. I tell her this is not acceptable. I called and you told me, there would be no fees. If this is what it was going to cost, I wanted the car back and figure out another strategy. Stone-cold sober, the girl says "you can't, the car has been returned." I'm disgusted and will be calling corporate to try and gain some reprieve. How is it okay to lie to my face, question them, and then have the door proverbially slammed in your face.10.0 Wonderful
