I stay here always. Love it. Go warriors
1-) We couldn't sleep all night because of too much noise from elevater... 2-)we're 3 people (me&my husband&3years old my daughter) hotel didn't give us 2 king bed , they said 2 beds are no quarantie so we slept (3people) on same bed !!! Can u believe that???? 3-) there are no coffee maker and no refrigerator so I don't recommend to anyone and I'll never come to that hotel again !!!!
Free valet parking; Free wifi You hardly get these amenities for free these days!
The view and close to heavenly
The rooms were the smallest out of everything and so boring. Decor was bland. Pillows and bed were so uncomfortable. Staying at Monte bleu was muchhhhh better.
No in-room coffee and the walls are thin or poorly insulated. Next room's conversation woke us up in the morning and kept us awake for an hour.
They gave us a much bigger room last time. Also the people next door were partying both nights making it hard to sleep. And we did not even try to go to bed until midnight but they were still loud in there room
It was very comfortable and was a bargain. I would definitely stay there again.
The building could use some remodeling. Wish they had coffee pots in the rooms.
The first woman I asked to help us with getting a pull out bed to our room was extremely unhelpful and rude. But the next person I talked to turned around our whole experience by getting us a pull out bed for our kids and being friendly. It makes such a difference in experience when the staff are helpful!
The room could have had a few extra amenities. Very basic
The price was right for a single night in the area with a great view and access to great food. The staff was helpful and the location was perfect.
I was there for my birthday with my girlfriend and I wanted a quiet night in with some room service with just the 2 of us. Sadly the room service menu was during a limited time for breakfast hours only.
No waiting to check in. Got a coffee maker sent to my room very fast.Free WiFi. Nice view from my room. The Sage Room Restaurant .Get the Beef Wellington its excellent .
I booked a classic king room. But went I got to my room it had two queen beds. It was late when I checked in and did not want to change rooms at that point. Also people returning to their rooms late night or early morning letting the doors slam shut. Air conditioner vibrated and rattled very loud.
We had a great time there the room was also great
Asked for two queens, was told I would get two queens, got a king. Asked to be moved, or at least for some comped drinks or something, got nothing. Garbage.
Location location location we did not need to use our car as a lot was accessible within walking distance
we were on the 7th floor (#752) and they had some heavy machinery on the 8th floor that made noise all day all night. Old building with partial modernization
Rooms are great and casino is well run
Suites are only one king size bed
Didn't have the room I requested fixed the problem with an upgrade great service will go back again next time thank you
We did like to see that floor 5 was for people traveling with their dogs as we own 3 dogs and appreciate a dog friendly location. However, we were never told that dogs were all on our floor and that could have been big trouble if either of us were allergic. Clients should be asked if it is okay before placing them there.
We were told by staff that there was a fire in the power rooms. That problem took out the power in many rooms and the entire casino floor. Never once did we hear any apology for any inconvenience or any offer to make it up to us.Very unprofessional!
That the wifi was not free as advertised
The rooms are a great size. The hotel is very big and has everything you need. Large size bathroom and great location
Good price, friendly staff
The beauty of nature and overall outdoors environment of Lake Tahoe was spectacular. The staff was friendly.
My room was very dated. The amenities were pitiful especially considering the $22 daily resort fee. The noise from the hallway was bad. Two days in succession, I found dead bugs in the room. Dead, but nonetheless bugs. I would never return!!!
It was close to my meeting location.
The room we had was next to the elevators which ran constantly. ALL NIGHT long! The staff was rude. When we had to talk to them. They made a point to let us know that they knew we booked our stay with an outside service. Basically it seemed that the staffs attitude was you didn't book with us so that's what you get!!!
The staff was awesome, view was wonderful, the rooms were SUPER CLEAN. Bed was very nice. Bathroom was super clean.
There were fewer in-room ammenities than we expected. No coffee pot, no fridge or microwave. It was even difficult finding an outlet to charge devices, especially near the bed. The TV Cable system was antiquated and had limited choices of programming.
The staff was amazing. Checkin was smooth and quick. We were in a smoking room and you couldn't even tell people had smoked in there. The bed was amazing, room was very large and comfortable.
Few amenities. Small rooms. Uncomfortable beds Lukewarm staff
room too small - supposed to be deluxe king, was a very small king.
Could not sleep nobody told us that's why room was so cheap and had to move. Very upsetting waste of money first night. Nobody would refund us.
The sceaniry of the surrounding area.
The food was not very good, not worth the money . Small portions, almost as if the staff expected good gratuity, without providing a good service. The rooms at Harvey's are old and out of date, I would expect more when you vacation, I've stayed at better places on business.
Good location, nice view, and comfortable bed.
First room they gave us had dirty towels in the bathroom.
