Overall the rental was nice, the only minor issue I had and it was probably due to high volvume, but the inside was not necessarily the cleanest but for what we needed it suffices. I usually get top notch from enterprise so I won’t fault them for this one transgression. I’d use them again5.2 Fair

Jadida was very friendly and helpful when I picked up and dropped off the car. When I returned the car early, Avis tried to charge way more than if I'd had it the whole time, but again Jadida was really helpful and got that straightened out too.Cons:
My rental confirmation said it started at noon on Labor Day. So, I arrived at 12:15 and the office apparently closed at noon that day. The guy says, "we're closed." I told him my email said to get the car at 12. "Right, it's 12:15" he says, and started walking out. Fortunately, Jadida stayed and helped me. The car I got hadn't been cleaned. The inside was ok, but the outside was really dirty with dead bugs all over the grill.Budget

Waited almost an hour to pick up my car. The employee was very slow and not customer service friendly. Did not give the car I ordered. Changed the insurance I had already bought for $18 on kayak. And made me get whatever he was selling. Double the price. He acted like he gets paid on commission. Reserved the car for about $50 on Kayak and he tried to charge me over $200. Still paid more than what my reservation said. will never use them again. Drop was at 8am and no one was there. Had to wait for the same employee to open the store. Late.Sixt
