Pros:
The pickup and drop-off were both easy to do and both people were very friendly.Cons:
A Kia Soul is not similar to a Toyota Corolla. You can fit four people in it to travel but everybody would have to carry what they have in their pockets. Absolutely no trunk room. Makes no sense to rent for long trips unless there are only two people and they don't have a lot of stuff. It was comfortable to drive though.6.0 Okay

Did not realize that this was not a location at or close to the airport. There was no shuttle service, so we had to find a way to get to and from ourselves.2.0 Poor

They did not honor my valid reservation, they did not rent me a car. They would not honor your price. I was told no cars were available when there were cars in the lot. It had nothing to do with me, they didn't want to honor your price.8.4 Very good

They called to confirm so glad they did this is how I found out that the car was in a different location than the airport for pick up. Their pick up and drop off was unbelievable fast.Cons:
I thought I made reservations for pick up at the airport. I had to make last minute changes to the pick up location. I think I was mislead by the booking agent not Hertz2.0 Poor

Pros:
I was told that the car rental insurance had to be under my personal insurance plan, not the one I paid got when I reserved the car. Then I was told I had to meet a certain credit score criteria, and if it was too low I would be unqualified from renting the car. Also, I had to fill out a form with a lot of personal information as if I was applying for a credit card. Asked me for my social, employment, living situation, etc.Cons:
The whole situation didn't seem right to me so I'm glad I ended up not paying for this.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Drop off was easy and the associate was helpful.Cons:
Picking the car up was very inconvenient. Needed a credit card, utility bill, etc. It is easier to buy a car. The associates that were working when I picked up the car had attitudes and tried pushing the extra insurance on me. I will never rent a car again.Avis
