The first car we were given smelled of smoke. I brought it back and the manager Bret exchanged it without a fuss. He even upgraded us for free. Would definitely rent from them again.7.2 Good

Staff seemed friendly enough, tried to fix problem.Cons:
Previous renters of the 1 van they have on site decided to come back late, so we lost 4 hours of our drive waiting for them to return. Car was given to us with 1/3 tank of fuel. No discount taken off for late delivery of car, but an overcharge of $200 on my cc card was just noticed. I will be following up.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I rent cars several times a year and this was by far the easiest best transaction I have ever had. The Staff were accommodating and polite. The whole process took from beginning to end about 10 minutes.10.0 Wonderful

Budgets costumer service on a scale 0-10 is a negative #. One of their supervisors with a heavy accent named “daniel” was super rude and couldn’t care less about costumer satisfaction. I was transferred to their costumer specialist who was even worse. Will not be renting from them again.6.0 Okay
