Took 1.5 hrs to get a car, the customer service at the desk was moving at a snails pace and we were in the middle of the line. Could not imagine how long it took for the last person to get a car. Did not have the car we ordered and then was charge over $100 in fees when we dropped it off. I guess its a bunch of fees for doing business at the airport.2.0 Poor

when arrived in New Orleans there was an estimated 1.5 hour wait. One person at desk and long line. Ended up cancelling and going with National. Will never use Dollar nor parent company Hertz. They don't give two shites about customer. That is obvious.6.0 Okay

Pick-up very long. Done by Hertz, Dollars was closed, asked to go on Hertz file then Dollars open so asked to go on Dollars fil but others peoples had arrived in between....Thrifty

Everything! The customer service in person at the counter and trying to call in was terrible! They didn’t have the type of vehicle we reserved or anything similar and was assured we could swap it out at our destination city which was a lie since the only branch was in New Orleans, two hours away from where we were at. I would NEVER use this service again after being hung up on for two hours when trying to correct the issue.6.0 Okay

Signage was unclear so we had a hard time finding where to find pickup counter. Car also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we picked up. We had to drive with windows down most of first day because of the smell, while the temperatures were in the 90s.Economy Rent a Car

location was inconvenient but the staff did their best considering.Cons:
The car was in bad shape . It sounded like the wheel bearings were completely shot and front and rear fenders weren't attached and were flapping in the wind on the freeway. It did last for the rental period but I wasn't sure it would.8.0 Very good

We were not made aware at time of rental that the car rental company was not located where the airport transportation dropped us off. The gentleman who picked us up was prompt and all went smoothly after our arrival at the car rental which was very close to the drop off point.6.0 Okay
