location is excellent
The entire staff was very professional and polite
I liked everything so no complaints
It had a nice size room, full breakfast, and free internet.
Found a full garbage under kitchen sink & bottles of water in room left from the previous guests; arrived to breakfast towards the end (like everyone else), grabbed a couple of things; when I asked about more of something, the ladies just said, 'No more.'
Great location. Loved the suite. They really thought out comfort for the guests.
The pool was packed with people not staying at hotel. They weren't even with a guest of the hotel. I was going to complain until I realized the staff had let them in. Since it was a minor thing we let it go. Still loved the hotel.
The space in the room
Not the first time that I have problems with the A.C.
Great room in my opinion
Needed towels in the swimming pool area
All around it was great..
The food could have been better...
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Very clean.
Got double charged for the room on my card and getting hold of a 'manager on duty' is near impossible to get this taken care of.
the staff was super rude
Warm free breakfast, sofabed for extra space, microwave and fridge in room.
A railroad is nearby, you can hear the train horn loudly in the room, on a sunday night, I heard it almost 4 times from 11pm to 6am, not good for rest.
The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.
Something was wrong with the smoke detector. It made an obnoxious crackling sound all night. I had a hard time sleeping.
The kids loved the free breakfast. The suite part of the hotel was nice.
The pool is TINY. The hotel is a little hard to navigate. We heard the train several times at night.
I've stayed in Springhill Suites before and always enjoyed the experience. This particular one had the usual spacious comfortable rooms and generally courteous service, but several small glitches added up to less than a totally satisfactory stay: 1) the check-in clerk claimed that I had not reserved two rooms online, though I had, and adding another one took a long time; 2) the hotel internet service was poor--there were interminable waits to log on. I heard the clerk tell another customer that the system was overloaded with too many people trying to log on, but then why doesn't the hotel have enough capacity? 3) the smoke detector in my room emitted an intermittent buzzing noise all night, very annoying--I finally had to resort to earplugs.
we stay here evertime we visit family members its our home away from home.
