The super pleasant associate checked us in efficiently and quickly. She went over the details for our prepaid rental accurately, and gave us directions out of the Plaza Casino.Cons:

Pros:
Customer service doesn't answer the phone. We had multiple issues with the car that probably could have been resolved by phone but they are not answering their phone lines due to covid. Emails take 5 days to get a response. We ended up having to drive 2 hours out of our way to take the car back because we just wanted to switch to another company.Cons:
