Location, attractive lobby and public spaces, price
The redesigned interior was fresh and vibrant. Exterior needs work but rooms were great. And gym had weights... NICE.
Exterior looks a bit run down, esp for the semi decent neighborhood its in.Great
Your staff were very nice and good to work with. All of our needs were met with a nice attitude including any questions we had.
Not really. What review is necessary. The location was nice. Our price was even better in that I booked the first room through priceline. And the hotel was reasonable with the second room which we could not book through Price Line or we could not guarantee the reservation. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly use Price Line again. I now wish I could have been successful in years gone by when I tried to use price line for my office travel. But it was difficult to use. Perhaps you need to put out a list of procedures of how to use priceline successfully. Thanks for helping. I have more trips all ready planned and booked but I did not use priceline because of my past experience. It was my son who suggested that I use you. This trip started with just my wife and I. My son used you to find his hotel. When I...
Location and nice lobby area
Nothing was working - pool, hot tub etc, and advertised for free breakfast but it was only limited to certain room type. Staffs (front desk) weren't too friendly nor helpful.
This was an amazing hotel, quiet clean so many friendly people. The hotel staff was amazing treated me like a queen they had a business center with computers so I could double check my show times. Close to some nice restaurants and THE MOST COMFY BED EVER
NO!!!!AMAZING!! Great staff, such comfy beds, really close to an outback steak house and close enough to the strip, its a quick drive to the strip.
Clean room, lots of parking.
Very small room, no restaurant (they try to pass off a snack bar as the restaurant), poor seating at snack bar, tiny pool. This hotel is ok, but it is in a location that requires a lot of driving to get anywhere in Las Vegas. Very small room, no restaurant (they try to pass off a snack bar as the restaurant), poor seating at snack bar, tiny pool.
not too much -
pillows were uncomfortable, no restaurant - only a snack bar, no free breakfast - had to purchase from snack bar at exhorbitant price. I've come to rely upon Marriott offering free breakfast and was rather disappointed when I discovered this was not so.Room was ok but rather small. Pillows were uncomfortable, no restaurant - only a snack bar, no free breakfast - had to purchase from snack bar at an exhorbitant price. Location to hospital that I was visiting. Clean. No gambling as I wasn't in the mood.
Noisy during rush hour.I was not in Vegas for fun but to see a relative who is in a hospital located 1.5 miles from the hotel. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room which I found convenient to store food I purchased. The hotel is in an area with a lot of restaurants and stores, which was convenient. Very clean. Friendly staff. The freeway is next to the hotel so I had to sleep with earplugs. Conveniently located but a little noisy during rush hour traffic.
The bed was surprisingly comfortable! I have a back problem. But, I slept like a baby.
The shower was an open plan on one wall of the bathroom. Problem, the enclosure was just a curtain. So, water flooded the entire bathroom. It drained but, was inconvenient.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room. I didn't request a switch because my stay was so short. I checked out as soon as I woke though.
