* Spacious & luxurious room * Generally easy to get a spot around pool * Nice classy casino * Lots of restaurants in hotel * Hotel was exceptionally clean * Located at the nicer end of strip * Fantastic stay overall, would stay here again * Quiet room (which we requested) * They gave us $100 dining voucher which we greatly appreciated!
* Staff around pool were pretty hopeless. We had to wait a long time to get service and even left a few times because we didn't get served at all * Located about a 20 minute walk from middle of strip so had to get a taxi a lot of the time * They charge for wifi which seems pretty ridiculous in this day and age
This hotel has everything and gives the Las Vegas feeling with a very luxurious wrapping.
WiFi access is as natural a comodity as water and electricity. To charge 15 dollars per device per day for this is baffeling! Just include general access in the room price and remove device limit.
We have stayed here twice now and have loved both of our stays! Staff is fantastic! Rooms are large, clean, and sexy.
The food and drinks are a bit pricey, but no more than most of the higher end hotels. It's a little noisy if you stay in a room overlooking the strip, with the clubs playing music beyond 1am. I would highly recommend against the breakfast buffet. It was included in our room last time, and we wish we had gone somewhere else and paid for breakfast.
almost everything was great
The bed was awfull, they should change the mattress (suite 5738), could not get any rest.
Great experience! Love Encore
Rented a nice exotic and had to walk pretty far to get car. They didn't bring it up front. Incovienent but if that's the worse. That's pretty good. It really was amazing place.
Service is excellent and grounds immaculate. Our favorite place in Las Vegas!
The staff members were all very, very friendly and helpful.
There is NO cheap place to eat.
Restaurants Upper scale clientele Not too busy
Beds suck Awful smell of smoke in the hallways
The suites were beautiful and clean - the housekeeping staff also cleans your room and organizes very nicely. They even remembered that my boyfriend's birthday was during our stay and brought us a card and chocolates. The hotel itself was beautiful - I think the best in Vegas. The pools are wonderful and not over-crowded. There are so many restaurants and casino areas. The crowd there is varied - young to old and families and couples - anyone can enjoy it. The suites are very big. I love the location - it seems like the newer end of Vegas. Shopping mall across the street, too!
Incredible attention to detail in all the common areas and the rooms. The food in all the restaurants was great.
I don't like having a "Resort Fee" added to my bill when we get to a hotel.
My daughter was not allowed to eat at any of the restaurants as they don't allow children under 5 EXCEPT in the bar/cafe which is closed to all children under 21 from noon on.
