The sport lounge.
Well, I had item we purchased taken form our room, and some of the medication was tampered with. How can you feel safe when you have to lock all your belongings and can't trust no one will go through them.
Location Pool Room Price of room Helpful staff was able to park my rental car at valet check in take bags to room and come back and drop off. Made it much easier for me and my wife. Staff was very kind. Concierge checked me in for my flight and printed my boarding passes very fast and easy. The little things!
I like the room decor and style, and the Pantry restaurant.
My room floors were dirty and I would like some more exciting restaurants.
Fast checking and out,.
Facility is not sound proof, you can hear people talking in their rooms. Stay two nights and every night people make lot of noise in hall way, could not rest. Sink was cracked. Roof had refrigerator but full for selling.
The big fish tank
The pool area was very pleasant. Food was great at BLT.
Room was okay but not satisfactory for the rate. No coffee maker in room and that was extremely dissappointing. Bathroom needed a remodel and all plumbing was not working well at all:( The room's location felt like a block away! Requested a room with view of the strip and got the roof where the electrical equipment is serviced. Very disappointing.
Great location on the Strip, Casino is varied and appeals to a wide range, has the best steakhouse (Stack) in the continental US, staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Bed was very uncomfortable. They no longer provide humidifiers for the rooms. Staff offered to switch us hotels to accommodate, but it was more of a hassle due to our short stay. Some of the casino was under construction so the feel was different and nothing was advised upon booking.
Its not a huge property like others on the strip. Customer service was great. The airport lost my luggage and the head bell captain was wonderful in helping to track it down. My room was a nice size. I have a feeling other properties have smaller rooms.
You could hear every single thing in your hallway. Every door shutting, every voice. The doors to the room seem very flimsy. I miss the little extras that used to be in the standard Mirage rooms --the little bench and makeup mirror that you could sit and and put on your makeup is no longer there. The modern decor of the rooms make it seem more stripped down. I am not in favor of the black/dark casino layout. Very dreary. The coffee shop/cafe should be larger. Would I stay here again...honestly not sure.
Good location on the strip, nice, clean rooms, cool view and awesome pool. At night the young crowd comes out. No noise complaints!
Pool party at Bare was pretty bad, lots of older dudes and trophy wives doin nothing with a bud light. During the day lots of families and strollers.
This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at the Mirage and I absolutely love it! The hotel is a great size...not too large, not too small. The staff, food and service were outstanding, as were our rooms. It is fairly close to most of the action. I highly recommend!
I have nothing negative to say.
staff security ask for my key in several times so I feel angry.
The staff was great! So helpful with everything. Even though our tv was out for the entire three days the way the staff was such a support I would stay there again
The mini fridge was completely full so I could not for even a candy bar inside of it. The cable and internet was out.
Quick and friendly check in.
Very big but to be expected.
Rude waitresses Resort fee Tiger is gone
The entire staff was so friendly and helpful It impressed me how everyone the greeted us and the room was so beautiful Friends that stayed at other hotels commented on how nice our room was Enjoyed every minute of our stay there
Lots of walking
The upscale look of the rooms. Customer service was very great. Will come back for sure soon!
Price point was really good, considering it's in a prime location. Service was great from the moment we were greeted by the valet attendant to the registration desk.
The outside window in our room was a bit filthy. Ordering to the cafe was disorganized, we were transferred a couple of times before we were able to order our food. Also not sure why there is no menu for room service in our room.
Over priced, pool hours were poor. Must be staying more than one day to enjoy the pool. Pool is closed right after check in time and does not open until after check out.
Location is great. Lobby is attractive, priced fairly if not too much bothered by the negative cleanses. However very much bothered
Better cleaning work, everywhere is dirty, parking garage floor, floor hallway, room carper, room bath carpet, mat in bathroom is horribly disgusting
the beatles show
it's old and outdated. Dirty old carpet and tiny bathrooms. The view was mostly of the dumpy roof. I'd never stay here again.
Poor customer service, they were clearly unconcerned with customer satisfaction. The room was very noisey. The Hotel needs major overhall.
The location was good.
The wifi was terrible! The TV signal in my room was poor.
The pool and the general location
Over the years we had stayed at The Mirage and loved the size of the hotel and that it was low key and a bit upscale. Wow, was I disappointed! It has become really low class and sort of brassy. Will never go back, they really ruined a good thing!
Rooms were comfortable and clean
Common meeting facilities were dated and shabby
We liked the area. room. restaurants.
The doors, every morning we could hear the cleaning ladies three doors down and everything that happened in the hallways.
Great shows with Comedy acts and Love Cirque.
Rooms including bathroom a little smaller than some other hotels. Seems to be a budget hotel amongst the luxury hotels.
