I liked the large bathroom & the beds were good.
The room was always hot & the temperature on the air conditioner did not reflect the temperature in the room. The toilet ran all the time. The resort fees were too much for too little. They need another shuttle for when it gets busy & it should run earlier & later.
By far and away the best value hotel. Great staff at the Hotel Cafe. Beautiful rooms that were about a hundred dollars cheaper than the strip hotels. The food court in the hotel was extremely reasonable! I paid the same amount for a breakfast meal at the food court as I do at home in Detroit.
I split my stay in 2 different rooms in two different towers. The fantasy tower room was an A. Huge jacuzzi bathtub with a big ledge. The ivory tower room was a B. Big shower but there was no bath tub. The free shuttle to the Forum shops stop relatively early (8 pm), so you are on your own getting back to the hotel. Thankfully the cab fare from the Strip only ran about $10-12.
Check in and out was very smooth even though we booked the day off. Great price great room great view
The room got never cleaned. You are not allowed to kick in the water while swimming ( now I wonder then how can I swim without kicking? If you do, you'll"be scolded by the safeguard. There was a leftover sandwich from the previous guests in the refrigerator. WIFI is very slow and only one device per room (1m is free, after you have to pay). The cable t v did not work. I don't understand why need to pay $28 resort fee.
Everything.Price. Location.modern room
Not as packed. Nice room
Staff was nice but only when around. They were not as available as the other hotel staff.
We went for the pool parties and loved them. The fact that it's off the strip is both a negative and a positive.
They were busy and couldn't get us late check out. We went to shower at the Spa, and they were a bit resistant but DID let us shower there before jumping on a plane.
the bathtub/shower in the room was nice. the rooms were nice. concierge was helpful
The staff was great and the room/bath were big.
The walls were very thin. You could hear your neighbors talking.
I love the jets in the bathtub is my fav. The customer service was great I'm very pleased and would stay there again. Loved our room very nice and clean.
The hotel staff was awesome! and the room was top shelf. My next trip to Vegas i will definitely plan on staying at the Palms.
Rooms are clean, they were great about setting up the large group I was with all on the same floor.
Great staff, easy and fast check out and in, loved the Jacuzzi tub and mini bar.
No changes needed.
The overall concept of our Ivory Tower room was really nice and thought out. It was modernized and well suited for young people my age, my compliments to that. The restrooms were unique and spacious - something many hotels off the strip don't really focus on. The rest of the casino is accessible, with options for food, games and fun no further than a 5 min walk. Staff assistance was on point if you ever needed directions or amenities.
Our beds were not thoroughly cleaned when we arrive. There were crumbs of food still on the sheets that we had to wipe off. No big deal but it was something to note. There is a $28 "resort" fee per day for staying at the Palms that isn't strongly mentioned until you check out. I wasn't aware of it until I left, but that is something that should be forewarned before checking in. Also, be sure to look out for mini bar fees that are automatically added to your checkout fees. You can get them removed simply by asking the service desk. The gym there is a joke though. I imagined someplace like the Palms, who focuses on young and fit crowds, would have a better exercise facility. But its pitiful, just a few light dumbbells and cardio machine.
