The lunch buffet was simply Awsome!
Good spot on the strip. Can walk to the monorail
Tired hotel that charges more each year and delivers less. There is no coffee or water kettle in the room, the shower was very weak and the gym closed at 7pm despite having to pay a mandatory $39 a night resort fee. I also couldn't get version service in my room and the WiFi was not configurable from my iPhone. The restaurants are typical overpriced Vegas and leave a lot to be desired.
We come to Las Vegas every year and like staying in Paris. There are newer (and more expensive) hotels, still Paris is very good one right in the middle of the Strip. The facilities (gym sauna and wet room) are good.
Resort fee of $30/day, but almost every nice LV hotel charges arounfd this amount.
Room was clean. Check in and out was easy. The hotel is at a perfect location in the center of all the action. Staff was very friendly.
The location is perfect. Right across from the Bellagio next to the Planet Hollywood and Ceasars Palace are within walking distance. The hotel has many facilities (e.g. Restaurants, shops etc.) Gordon Ramsey's Steak and Martoranos's Italian restaurant are located inside.
The rooms are a little dated but still clean and comfortable, no one goes to Vegas to spend their time in the rooms though. Watch out for time share hawks. Wyndham has reps on site trying to get people to buy time shares. The only upside to it is they give you free show tickets and a meal voucher, the only catch is you have to sit for an hour to two hours and listen to their presentation given you don't get a rep who is really persistent.
It is on a good location on the strip.
The rooms need remodeling. The staff were unfriendly. We were overcharged for our room. The gym is outdated and desperately needs remodeling. I would never stay there again.!
Room was huge and luxurious.
The location is great as are the dining options. Our bed was very comfortable.
The guest rooms are showing their age. All the entry doors are beat up, the tile was coming off the wall in the bathroom, and the carpet looked like it needed to be replaced.
Good location on the strip. You're across the street from Bally's / Oshea's / Flamingo for cheaper gambling, and you're across the street from Bellagio / Cosmo for clubs (if that's your thing) and the opulent lifestyle.
I made a reservation for a King sized bed on a higher floor and paid extra money to do so. Got there after sitting in LA to Vegas traffic for about 5 hours and was told they no longer had a King size bed. They did offer me a King the following day but who the hell wants to pack again after they're already unpacked? Offered no discount or promo offers. GF and I ended up sharing a Queen both nights.
Able to entertain and accomadate both adults and teenagers at this location. Did think rooms could use some tlc and also requested extra towels but had to ask a couple of times. The workers at Eiffel Tower experience were great and accomadate my wife that's afraid of heights but felt she should accompany our daughters and I to the top anyway. They made her feel as comfortable going through this as they could and she made it through it.
Car rental easy from hotel. Able to have a mix of on strip shopping and gambling plus family friendly entertainment and food. Also able to get away to Red Rock Park to show our teenagers the beauty of the desert.
The decor, nice rooms, overall amenities and spacious game room. Centralized to many Vegas hot spots.
small sports book. not enough selection of simple eateries but its connected with Bally's which has a decent shopping space.
Great service Great location Nice restaurants
Like the Atmosfere and is a nice Cozy feel Very Nice
Missing a refrigerator and a lamp between the bed
The Eifel tower is beautiful outside. Great location in the middle of the strip, it is pale in comparison to the nearby properties.
Dirty carpet which is worn thin. The property needs a paint job with new wallpaper. The line to register is very long.
The location was fantastic. Heart of the strip. The casino was good as well and the staff was kind and play along with the theme of Paris. Buffet was wonderful. We had view of the Eiffel towel which was spectacular, bathroom had a tub and a shower apart from each other. Beds were really comfortable.
The bathroom needs a vent
Waitress Toni at breakfast
Room, parking lot view, dirty floors, smoking in lobby, $5 bottle of water, too few staff to check in ling line of tired guests, charge $14 for wifi
Restrooms were clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable
Dirty carpets. Rude front desk. View from room was the parking garage. Ventilation in room was limited. Felt like we slept in a sauna
The view we had of the tower and strip were amazing.
We checked in, got our room keys, and by the time we got to our room 2890. The keys didn't work. So I went down to get new ones, I went to the lady that was available in the premier line and she told me to go to the key pickup line. I waited there for 3 min. Then went to the next available clerk on the regular line, which was the guy next to her and he helped me get keys right away also apologized for the inconvenience. So with that first impression of the big mex lady, it stayed with us. Thank god you got that guy that evens the negative out. Btw why so greedy with Wi Fi?
The pool was nice. The resturants and cafés are great.
The check-in line was very long, we waited at least 45 minutes. The room were dated. Wallpapers was peeling off. Stains on bedsheets and the towels was raggedy. Staff was not so friendly. Housekeeping came knocking at 9am. We told her to back later but she never did. Our room was never clean and we had to call to get clean towels when we return at night. I will never stay here again.
Hotel location is good.
Bathroom sink was clogged when we got there. They had a service to check in by email and they would notify you by text to your phone when room was ready. They never notified us! It was explained to us later they only have one person doing this check in and if overwhelmed, it just doesn't get done. WTH kind of deal is that. Anyway, huge line at check in area. Probably not staying at Paris again.
Location, food outlets. Bathrooms are good. The pool area is nice, so are the common areas. Overall staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is dated. Room decor is nothing better than an off the strip budget chain. Wall paper was peeling off in some parts of the room. Bed sheets were clean but had tears in several spots. Reception staff was rude and self-important. Will not stay again. This was my first time here, I usually stay in another property and will definitely go back there.
Comfort of the bedding and quietness of the room
Maintenance of the facility and specifically our wash room. The route from self parking to registration. Long waits at check-in. Limited television selection.
The ambience and overall quality of the hotel was great.
The service is slow and poor at their bars even when not busy, 45 minutes at 1 point. For $16 drinks they use cheap mixed drinks.
A lot to do the rooms weren't the best - took too long for service
The Price for this location was amazing
There was afew holes in the walls and paints seemed old and was scratched/chipped
In the middle of the strip.... Buffett was excellent, dueling pianos.... Amazing!!!
1.5 hours just to check in!????? Horrible... People having sex in pool and when notified life guard they shrugged it off... Casino staff were grumpy ... I was there to spend money and all i got was a bunch of rude service.... Would rather spend my $ else where... Cosmo is acrosss the street and looked excellent! Rooms were crap.... Only hot water in shower called front desk and housekeeping.... Never got fixed or looked into.... Very dissapointed!
Good location on the strip.
The rooms were blah. My king sized room wasn't ready, so I ended up in a 2Q
Nice view, toiletries, staff, and room design
Forget about sleeping: paper thin walls, no privacy, not for families. Bedding is as thin as the walls. Not worth the expense. The experience is in the amenities, not the stay.
The location is pretty much the only good thing about this hotel. It is approx. in the middle of the strip and is connected to Ballys.
The view sucked. We overlooked a roof and the mechanical system of the building. No view whatsoever. The showers sucked. super small. They put us in 2 queens vs 1 king like we requested so basically slept separate from my wife the whole trip. They designed the entry of the hotel like the champ de elysee/arc de triomphe which I get but it sucked as a customer that had to drive around this thing to get our car checked in to valet. checking in after 2am? expect to wait in line for at least half an hour as they only had one person checking everyone in.
The staff was very professional thumbs-up there..
Okay I used kayak to book the room for 1 night. Paid with my card. Got to the Paris hotel and they added another $100 as a service fee.. I was just too tired to fight over it.. then once I in room it was not clean.
Was fine not something wow
I didn't like the kayak how there don't tell u about pricess that only in the hotel he tell me that
Impressive front-end to the hotel entrance, shops/market place, and simulated sky, plus excellent viewing from the replica Eiffel Tower. But when look past the current....
Overall, not worth the money. Based on this particular room and surrounding common area (hallway), maintenance issues are not addressed appropriately. This is in addition to the mid to low quality building materials and furniture. Specific examples include: - Broken/missing molding on furniture - Stain pattern in carpet from previous furniture placement - Dust build-up on slightly out of reach armoire top - Beds had the appearance and feel of being acquired from a lower quality hotel chain - could easily feel the metal spring frame and noticeable sag in the middle - Out in the hallway there was noticeable water damage from a plumbing mishap, as seen in the paint peeled, flaking, fiberboard trim I have stayed at lower rated hotels of better quality, for a 4/5 star rated location you may want to take a closer look, or if you encounter similar request a better room. These basic issues are unacceptable for this price range.
