staff was helpful, I thought that rate charged for our room was very good. bev. servers on the casino floor were prompt and cheerful.
I wish there was more than one electrical outlet in the room.
The room was large and well appointed, and the bathroom was even larger. The hotel location offer easy access to the sights and activities on the Las Vegas strip, while also offering quick access to the Miracle Mile Mall with its restaurants and shops.
The distance to parking (if you self-park) is daunting. For me, the cigarette smoke from the casino (near the elevators) was particularly annoying.
Comfy room good price clean beds and towels great location great views
bathroom walls havent been cleaned in a while
The rooms were big. Bathrooms spacious and pretty. Great location, across from Cosmopolitan and near Bellagio. Staff were Excellent! and helpful. Even the store downstairs in lobby. Nice staff! Bell boy stored my suitcase for day until I came back for it. I even had to get into bag mid day to get something out of it (but not ready to take suitcase away with me) and they were gracious about it! Overall very good!
Stayed in a Non smoking room but had a hint of smoke in it. Lacked attention to detail. There were 2 light fixtures not working which made for dim lighting, not so good when looking for that special outfit in suitcase. I was told they were intentionally not working 2/2 they are a fire hazard. Fine, but at least replace them. Need proper lighting. Also the furniture has big scratches that could have at least been covered up with a polishing stain etc.No fridge in room, bummer.
The only reason in my mind to stay here is you are attending a show at The Axis and in Vegas for a short stay! Which is why were staying here.
Things went south right away, after we checked into our room we left, I came back on my own and my key to room did not work, so I had to go all the way to hotel check in, stand in line for 15 minutes (because they only had three people checking guests in and a huge line... then later that evening after the show I went back to the room and my key AGAIN did not work OMG, I had to go thru the process again. The other issue I had with this casino is it has a horrible layout, choppy, there is no flow to the place that makes any sense, just does not have a good vibe to it. You can tell it is a middle of the road hotel. You get what you pay for that's for sure. Oh yeah, my wife was playing on a slot machine and it told her to get an attendant, so we had to deal with that, the lady ended up kicking the machine several times to get it working again, that's not the greatest image as well as not giving us confidence in keep playing on that machine.
Staff was lazy Rooms were old and needed upgrade phones did not work Rooms sold as having a view do not
Large suite with great people and service!!
Pool was not good. Many other hotels are much better. If you want a chair be prepared to pay a few hundred dollars. The flow rider is the attraction as the poll is poor. Pool service is poor. One on staff.
Rooms were great. Exactly what I expected. Staff dd a good job keeping the room clean. Casino was great and played really good music. Food options and shopping were fantastic as well.
$20 to sit by the pool even on a basic chair. Rates didn't change at all even though the pool was empty. Hallways had food carts in them for extended periods of time.
Location, connected to Miracle Mile shops.
The disturbing, scary pictures on the bathroom and bedroom walls
Staff was rude Took an hour to check into hotel Desk Manager was unqualified to be running operations Room smelled like a 100 ashtrays
Prices for food were really high. I'd like to see that come down a bit.
Be sure to book a fountain view room! It's a Great location to watch the Belliagio fountains. The concierge desk was very helpful in getting tickets for shows around the strip. Staff was very helpful throughout the hotel.
The rooms are showing their age. Beds were either lumpy or you could feel the springs. Things look older and are not always clean.
Not a bad price, rooms were pretty clean. Bathroom was great -- big tub and shower. Very convenient location, especially with the shops.
Resort looks slightly worn, needs a little more maintenance. Room service skipped over our room for one night.
Great price and location on the strip.
Resort is looking pretty worn. In need of an update. Very slow elevators.
This hotel is located at a prime location. You don't need a car from this property to visit some of he other major hotels.
Pool is subpar, with two small pools for large number of guests. Fortunately, you can visit the Paris or Ballys pools instead. The hotel looks outdated and not very clean. The bed was comfortable, but in general, you can find this type of room and restrooms in a 2 star hotel. Cleaniness of the room was not great. You could see the AC filter and intake full of dust and dirty. Price was very high, and services expensive.
Big bath tub Comfy bed Great view
some damage around the room Curtains didn't seem to work that well
We liked our rooms very big & super clean. Pool was fun & having the mills shops right below was awsome.! Definatly would stay here again.
We didn't like their employes & their employee hotline. We were there for a birthday celebration & they killed the vibe with their negativity, miss communication. They need to work on guest skills & how to go the extra mile to make a guest feel special.
the best thing would be location. right in the center of vegas. location of the hotel and cheap price was the key thing on choosing PH
4 star hotel that does not provide tooth brush? it was not located at restroom and so I asked for it and they said it is not available.
Was supposed to have a king non smoking, got a double bed room that had obviously been smoked heavily in... waitresses in the the casinos walked right past you several times to the point my wife had to flag them down to get service. I did an experiment and played $150 at 5 casinos and of course i had the worst luck at PH... $500 at the Billagio though. Overall I got the worst service at the the resort I was staying at. No real sense going on and on about each and every issue I had, but the place needs some upgrades in decor and staffing... they are definitely a large step below the Cosmopolitan, New York, Venetian, and even Golden Nugget... good thing they have the mall and some good shows... I wuldnt recommend to anyone 35-45 maybe kids that don't know Vegas but I go twice a year 1st and last time at PH....
Poole close too early
Hotel was at perfect location and had a great view. It had lot of pictures from Hollywood theme, if you are movie buff you would love it.
They gave me the wrong number, then had to go to lobby again to get it fixed. I called the room service to fix the night lamp and no one came. There was no coffee maker in the room either. They can do better to live up to their brand name.
The location is great.
The rooms and hallways need to be updated. The rooms need cleaning! Overall, it was not a comfortable stay. The only thing the hotel as going for them is the location. Service was not the best either. Not going to be a returning customer for sure.
PH is right in the middle of the prime strip hotspot. As a result, it is extremely crowded on weekends. Good choice of restaurants all in short walking distance.
The rooms were subpar and didn't give you the Vegas feel. Bathrooms were not luxurious or clean and there was barely enough light in the room to read anything.
Miracle mile shops
Room was old. Bathrooms outdated. Tub was clogged. Shower was dirty. TV was not working well. Price per night not worth it
Old and run down.
Location, drinks as long as someone in group was gambling (not like that everywhere),
Pool was small but music was great at 21 and over pool. Hotel could use upgrades. I would say more 3 star then 4 star
Not worth your money.... No free wifi. Smoke free room smells of cigarette smoke. Old rooms, too much fees, not worth it at all
