The value we received given the fact there was a large conference was going on, was great.
For location, amenities, and value it is now one of my favorite places to stay on the strip. Having the small kitchen set up with fridge and microwave and dishes is great! And can't beat the location for the price!
Overbooked so they sent me to a location far away from the strip. Only provided me with 1 cab stipend that didn't even cover a tip to the driver. Very dissapointed
The property's located centrally on the Las Vegas 'strip', with most key attractions within walking distance; a bus stop isn't far away, for easy access to Downtown and beyond. The property is well maintained with good facilities and some rooms have excellent views.
Beware of offers for the 'welcome package' after you've checked in - for me, this was an offer of a part-rebate on my booking if I was willing to sit through a sales presentation for the resort. No interest from me - so no welcome for me. Staff, generally, seemed more sales-oriented than service-oriented, which was disappointed and unexpected.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was barely a block off the strip so very convenient to get into the hub of Vegas. Gym, pools, and amenaties top notch for money spent. Glad that it was not connected to a casino as I am not a gambler or drinker, but do enjoy wandering the strip. Would stay here again and will likely be my first location to check for my next trip back to the Vegas area.
Nice non casino hotel in the heart of the strip.
They sell time shares and are pushing you to attend seminars
The only good thing about this place was the location. AWESOME location. The rooms were also clean.
The staff was horrible. Upon arrival they had no record of my reservation. Luckily I had my confirmation papers with me. I then had to wait another 45 mins for them to make another reservation. I had 3 rooms btw. Once the reservation was made they charged me an extra $100 for each room that's a total of $300! and it was their mistake that the reservations were not there. After I checked out and went back home I noticed another charge for $67 on my credit card. I called to ask them about and they told my it was an amenity fee for using valet parking, the pool, business center, fitness center etc. I NEVER used any of that stuff. I spoke with a manger he hung up on me and when I called back he mysteriously left for the day. I asked for a corporate phone number and they gave me a number to a local spa! very unprofessional place. will never stay here again.
Hidden resort fees not mentioned in third party reservation sites, Room without a real bed - just an uncomfortable sofa bed, Trying staff (I dealt with a manager by the name of Mia Salvador - perhaps others are okay)
Overall great stay! Clean and comfy! Great location!
Really annoyed by the immediate attempt and pressure to book us into the 90 min, timeshare, sales pitch seminar! Just drove 4 hours in the heat and just wanted to get to our room and relax. Didn't ruin the stay but certainly turned me off to the suggestion.
Accommodation and location for the price is a great deal and time.
Slight problem with the booking due to computer problems. Lead to a double charge.
Apartment style hotel. I have a two year old daughter so this hotel was great for us. We stayed Ina two bedroom suite and it was perfect for my parents in one room and my family in the king/living room area. If you are looking for a nice, clean spacious place to stay with your family this place is perfect!
All you need to feel home. Baby crib available Pool and gym are pretty decent! The location is great if you want to be near the strip but not on it directly. The staff is friendly and is very fast at resolving any situation regarding the hotel (for instance, not having enough blanket, etc.)
The high chair is NOT suitable for a baby under 1 year old... It does NOT have a strap to secure the baby. The price for the massages are a bit too high.
The rate was reasonable for a hotel not having a casino or a good swimming pool. The Staff was great.
Small Swimming pool on roof.
Nice & clean
Our stay was really good, from customer service to amenities, etc.... rooms were clean well organized. really comfortable.
Hotel view & location
Bed was not confertable , no chair to sit down , Wifi was not working Plugs was not working . I asked to upgrade the room but did not happened. I had to checked out after 1 day & went to another hotel.
The staff was very helpful directing friends to our room, and very eager to lend help that we did not need.
The extra fees are far beyond what most hotels charge... and its disingenuous besides. The end price ended up being almost twice the price quoted online. I will never stay there again for that reason. No business should be able to get away with that.
full size coffee maker, kitchenette, location
room. sleeping on a pullout couch. small room size, defective shower doors. lack of HOT water.
