I like that the hotel has its own movie theater and the arcade was pretty good. Our family reunion was accommodated well. The conference/banquet rooms were nice and quiet being upstairs and away from the casino
Great place to gamble and food was good.
There was no mini fridge or microwave.
One of the pictures on the wall
Daily maid service was lacking. It was the first time I didn't leave a tip. No mini fridge. Everything seemed cheap. Very poorly lit.
Was given a free upgrade at check in,
The room was the last room at the end of a very long hallway. It took for ever to get back to the casino.
pillows way too hard
Room was very clean and neat. Looked like newly remodeled.
The movie theater, bowling alley and pool was fantastic! Hotel is off the strip so the shuttle was nice. Great little coffee shop in the lobby.
the smoke smell, it was quite over powering.
I researched several hotels in the Las Vegas area and The Orleans was our first choice due to the reviews. I must say that we were very impressed and we will definitely be back again. Just about everything you want to do is at this hotel resort. We will definitely be reserving here on our next trip.
The staff could be a little more friendlier and it would be good to know of the resort fees upfront. Also the beds are not that comfortable but tolerable.
Great accomodation, plus the breakfast buffet is an amazing value for your 10 bucks. Highly recommended.
Being a smoker, they have top floor smoking rooms. You dot find that often anymore in Las Vegas. Rooms are big and comfortable. Great beds.
Value for the $$$
Remodeling - very noisy at 7AM.
They didn't have my cell phone charger that i left in the room
Clean rooms, didn't smell like smoke, buffet was good
They were doing a remodel of the rooms and both rooms on either side of us were being worked on, 9am on the dot the noise started every morning
Pool, kid area, buffet
Rooms were dated, the smoke from smokers was pervasive throughout the hotel. Would not ever go to a hotel where there is smoking like that again. We were shocked that smoking is/was allowed in the hotel, of course we live in NYC where smoking laws are very strict.
bowling was great! The gambling tables were fun.
The slot machines never paid out...
Valet service was good and the vallet attendants were friendly.
The fact that after i took my first shower the shower tub got filled up with water and I couldn't take no more shower after for the rest of my stay.
Front Desk staff..no smiles unpleasant..they clearly hate working there.
Room decor outdated, but comfortable and clean.
Mm smoke in casino and bars
I was double charged for the hotel fee by you and hotel I want refund!
Very Friendly staff!
We were surprised for all the resort fees added to our stay. Don't understand the room charge for $26.25, plus the $11.19 resort fee. These charges make NO sense, we are paying for something we didn't even use, such as the pool and spa. I was upset to these charges upon checking out, this will be our last time at The Orleans!
Disappoint of Buffet restaurant
