The room was wonderful, view beautiful, great location
Coffee @ the bar, very expensive. Service @ the pool restaurant very poor
Nice decor. Nice staff. Rooms are a good size. Telephone next to the toilet a little too much though! LOL TV in the bathroom mirror was cool. The bed was comfy, and the sheets were nice.
The TV channels suck. Need to bring my Chromecast next time. The in-room food is too expensive and not excellent. The free shuttle service only goes as far as the shops at the Venetian/Palazzo.
Nice rooms, great staff, very luxurious.
Ran out of some food items and bar items. Might have been a fluke. Not many bad qualities. Near the Wynn and treasure island but everything else needs a cab or uber.
I loved the comfort and helpful staff. Everything was absolutely gorgeous, and quite clean. The views were AMAZING! As the location is placed perfectly at the end of the strip for a vantage point.
However, the location can be a huge crux as f you wanted to do anything on the strip, you need to catch a $15 cab at minimum. The restaurant inside the hotel also leaves MUCH to be desired, as breakfast was consistently half an hour for basic (orange juice / coffee) drinks - and a hour and a half wait for food. It was close to these times for all three times I gave it a shot as it was convenient.
Bathroom was great
There is no casino which makes the place a much nicer relaxing hotel to stay it. Great retaraunts, friendly staff, beautiful big and clean suites, valet parking....this was my first experiance in Vegas and I would definitely stay at Trump again!
Gift shop and spa are expensive but I guess it's like that everywhere
Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money. Would highly recommend!
Helpful and corteous staff. Large room with a very generous sized bathroom. Bed was comfy. Lighting was a bit dark in the room, but still light enough to read by. Room service was exceptional. Best pizza I ever had to be honest.
A room service drink of a 12 oz. can of coke was $5.00. While a 20 oz. bottle of coke was only $3.00 when purchased in the store just off the lobby.
bathroom and small kitchenette area.
location to strip
Rooms were spacious with the sitting area and kitchenette which made traveling with our 7 month old very easy. The staff was very pleasant and if we called the concierge or housekeeping for something, they were up to deliver it within minutes. Pool area was perfect and there was plenty of space.
When they provided a crib for us, the mattress was wrapped with a standard queen size sheet. Infant sheets are supposed to be snug fitting to the mattress. For safety, I would hope that the hotel can invest in making sure they have appropriate sheets for their cribs.
No gambling no smoking great They have a large tv in the Pool table section how did not work for days I mention it no body care very disappointing during Basketball and Hockey play off
Nice view, nice jacuzzi bathtub for two, comfortable bed, nice bathrobes, nice kitchenette with top appliances (but who's going to cook in during a shortstay in Las Vegas with so many restaurant options?) Shuttle service to the strip. In room "safe" mounted to a drawer -- how safe is that?
We could hear the freight train horns and motorcycles below from the 46th floor. Overall this hotel lacked attention to details. Terrible shower head, Surprised to see their service & housekeeping staff using the guest elevators. Clock was set an hour late. No slippers. Had to ask for a luggage rack. Breakfast meal arrived cold in the restaurant. Off strip location. No self-parking.
the room was spacious. nice view of the strip clubs in back of the hotel. I guess I should have paid the extra money for a better view.
$25 daily resort fee for bottled water? really? Each day, I advised the front desk of some issues I had with the cleanliness of the bathroom sink counters, the lack of a hotel directory, the lack of information about hotel facilities. The issues were never resolved. When I checked out, the front desk was surprised that my issues were ignored.
I like that there's no casino or smoking. It's very close to the mall. Kitchenette has a small fridge, two burner cooktop, sink, microwave. You can call housekeeping to get any utensils you need. Nice big jacuzzi tub!! I asked for a later checkout and they extended it to 1.
Very inconsistent water temperature in the shower both times I've stayed here. Housekeeping was cleaning the room next to me in the morning and kept letting the door slam on the metal buckle instead of propping the door open. It woke me up. They should be more aware of guests who are sleeping. It's Vegas...most people sleep in!! Light in vanity mirror was broken so I asked for another. The one they sent was also broken. The first time I stayed I had a mountain view and the train was way too loud so this time I had a city view and I could still hear it but it wasn't as bad.
It was a nice place . Mall was right across the street. Staff bring you water at pool free if charge
Everything cost separate even cost to rent a cabana at pool. Tough to get the staff to bring water at the pool.
The hotel was empty. Lots of room in the bedroom and an in room kitchen.
I made reservation for the spa and they lost my reservation. They would not fit me in. Staff was so rude
