The staff was super nice and helpful, and the room was way nicer than we expected. The bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were so fluffy! It was also really nice that they allow pets. They even had a dog treat jar in the lobby!
Nope, we pretty much liked everything about it. Especially considering how inexpensive the room was.
Was able to bring our tea cup Pomeranin with us
added 2 more nights Thurs 26th. The weather got bad, we live 9 hrs away so we Left Friday 27th around 2pm. They wouldn't refund any money due to late checkout. We actually checked in Tues morning at 3am instead of Monday at 3pm, so exception s/b made
Nothing to say
This hotel was great!
The staff was very friendly even at midnight when we arrived. The room was clean and I love your no smoking policy throughout the hotel.
Everything the desk clerk were so nice to Me help me a lot
After a long drive, I checked in around 5 in the afternoon and found out my room was not ready and I would have to wait another 30-45 minutes. I asked if there were any other rooms available and the fclerk promptly found a room but would cost more!
Location, I was close the 19th Field Artillery , stores and transportation
The bed sheets.
Rooms were clean, modern and fully equipped. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
Hotels today move toward the smaller more narrow tubs.
Clean modern room. I didn't expect the kitchette. Awesome room.
Sticky drink rings and spills on end table upon arriving
No Rooms Available Even Though We Had Reserved Rooms Two Weeks In Advance.
when it was in my rear view mirror
The run around they gave me about the room I booked. Son had to sleep on a roll a way.
I reserve double bed and they assigned me to a single. After complaint they accept that did,'t have double rrom available for me.
The bed was amazing.
The rate was too high for a Priceline deal and the fact we checked in at midnight due to being unable to go home due to tornadoes they could've at least given us the $0.50 cent toothbrush especially seeing how they were out of toothpaste for purchase.
Most of front desk staff were very pleasant. Mattress is very uncomfortable, and they use a microfiber type sheet that is very HOT. Considering the temps in this area, the sheets can make a stay very unpleasant. Housekeeping staff definitely leaves much to be desired. Sheets weren't changed weekly as expected; same spots on floors remained week after week. They merely spray something on the wood floors and dry mop. Halls were and elevator are generally quite dirty. Garbage cans at stairwells go unemptied throughout entire weekend thus garbage is stacked around the can. Often have to go and request additional toilet paper, as staff 'forgets' many items each week. No pool!!! Big detriment. No continental breakfast or other amenities normally found at a long-stay hotel. Washers & dryers are free, however, which is a bonus.
