Bar menu was a little restricted as was "Last orders" for food at 9pm as I did not arrive util after 8.30pm
deck on to the lake side....drumshanbo and playground location excellent!!
The floor staff particularly SEbastian from Poland was great help and friendly as were others.
You say the check in was 2pm. We arrived at 4pm and our room was not ready till 5pm. We got a different room than booked. They said chek in is 4pm. Wouldnt let us use the leisure centre on Sunday after we checked out. We specifically asked for a late check out. manager was rude and unfriendly and we felt we were thrown out. Never happened me before as I stay at hotels at least twice per month.
