The ceiling leaked water and flooded the bathroom
The rooms were smelly, no phone, needs to be remolded and didn't have all the towels in the room.
The room had a seperate bedroom like a suite, and a kitchen so it was more like a 1 bedroom apartment
Hair in bathtub, fridge pulled out and dirty behind it and inside it. I don't think this room was cleaned or finished being cleaned,
The way the room is separate from the living room.
No water pressure no house keeping . The mattress is really old.
the location, convience and more than fair price
One bedroom . Good size. Pull out sofa too.
The location was good.
It's dirty, poorly maintained, rude staff, stinky towels...
I liked how you actually have a bedroom, and the rooms seem spacious.
Nothing ever in vending machines. Laundry facilities were poor.
The fact there was a kitchen and bedroom made it very easy to relax and enjoy my stay. Very friendly staff and good location.
It took me all week to get a frying pan. A full kitchen is kind of useless without the utensils to make a meal. Everything I read says fully furnished including pots and pans. I like to chook
Very good location
Pull out bed felt like it was gonna break down. And ceiling looked as tho it was gonna fall in tha bathroom
The separate bedroom and full kitchen!
Parking is not great. Property has aged, but then I'm looking for bargains over beauty
Wasnt family environment checked out same night
Clean rooms, friendly staff.
The set up was nice. It was like a little apartment.
My room was behind a big tree. Almost didn't see it.
The spacious rooms were nice
I booked the room just after midnight and Hotel Employee told me I could not check into 3pm, not because there weren't any rooms available but because she didn't feel like sealing with it.
Staff was courteous.
We had to call for the coffee pit and cups. For a motel that is suppose to provide pots and pans and dishes and ect fir an extended stay motel, you wouldthink they would have it in the room. Kinda out dated.
update your TVsRoom wasn't very clean it all just nasty stuff splattered on the walls in the bed was a piece of crap.
stuff splattered all over walls, overall cleanliness was disappointing.
Location, Cost.Bathroom has tons of leftovers from previous guests... Like? NO!! But that's OK after a $5.00 purchase of Clorox Cleanup, 1.5hrs of cleaning, room is acceptable. Just need to ingnore all the really old outdated furnishings...
OMG! Kitchen area incredibly filthy. Layers of food incasing the microwave, frig & stove, leftover food in frig, all the cabinets are layered in black dust. Utencils? 2 plastic glasses & 2 coffee cups sitting upside down in the black dust...
Like having the open room access to parking lot instead of hallways to a room.
old and falling apart, rooms are dirty and nasty. appliances barely work. had to change rooms three times due to water heater not working in one, fridge in another and third was not cleaned. I would not recommend this to anyone.
It's a one star hotel so I was expecting the worst. Surprisingly, while dingy, the room itself was very satisfactory. Large living space, separate rooms, space for all of your unmentionables
Description said we were getting a queen & a twin bed. NOT. Full & twin was more like it. Lights were burned out on the front of the building. As a single female I was not comfortable walking from my car to my room at night. Very disappointing experience.
I went into the bathroom to set up my toiletries and a ceiling tile fell on my head. The place was filthy and some of the lights did not work in the bedroom. The kitchen area was a disaster.
Did not get cleaned at all.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Our room had a roach problem and parking is minimal as there are vehicles with trailers take 6 spaces.
The hotel does not enforce the local/state leash laws, another patrons pitt bull dog nearly bit me after barking in my face while sitting outside.
It was close to where we needed to be and close to the high way
It was really run down, the cabinets where broken and falling apart. The TVs were really outdated and one didn't work. They provide and full kitchen but no pots or pans so we had to go out and by those.
The hotel is old, dated, disgusting, and run down. This was listed as a 2 star and far from it.
The room size.
The rooms needs a lot of updating. Everything in the room was very worn looking. The furniture looked like something that came from the Salvation Army thrift store. The stove was a full stove that was supposed to have 4 burners. This one only had 3.
Room entry from the outside
Tv is poor quality.ants in the room. Old furniture.
Dirty, bugs, old and defective furniture, kitchen smelled when you ran the water like drain was really nasty, this was not a 2 star hotel
Convenient to work place. Quiet even close to the highway.
Location is perfect for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. I only had one wash cloth in the room, so I went to the front desk and asked for couple of wash cloths. The lady said she would wash them and I could stop by when we returned.
Shortage of wash cloths, lamp in the living room was broke, micro wave was missing a leg, underneath the kitchen sink stunk terribly like mildew, windows were very dirty, cushions on couch sunk way down into the frame, sink in the bathroom had a lot of chip
The girl at counter
Smellt like cigarettes i didnt stay didnt want to sit anywere in fear of bugs
Great location and staff was very nice
Our non-smoking room smelled like stale old smoke. Even the bedspread smelled like it. The bed was very uncomfortable and you could hear and feel springs moving underneath you. Maybe a different room wouldn't have been so bad but I was not happy with ours
Nothing, it was truly awful.
It is advertised as a completely non-smoking hotel, but my room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. I am highly allergic so I called the desk and requested to be moved to a different room. They refused. Priceline also refused to help. I slept in the car
This was not a two star hotel. I would not stay here again!
Separate bedroom from living and kitchen and good location
Dishwasher broken. Never cleaned during my visit. Bathroom countertop was disgusting
Space of room and staff
Cigarette burns in blankets...bed was very uncomfortable
needed a little more cleaner
Motel rooms each have outdoor entrance. Half of them are on second floor, with outdoor wooden stairs leading up to them. Following the recent snow, stairs were treacherous and slippery. Due to a disability, we requested a first floor room. After searching their options, staff gave us a room key. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. (Staff acknowledged that they were aware that room had had a problem, but, they hoped it had aired out.) There were rust stains in the sink. Televisions were outdated tube TV's (no flat screens) with small screens. The parking lot was not adequately cleared of snow and ice. We appreciated that staff accommodated our request to switch rooms. However, we wish that they had alerted us to the potential smoke problem, and given us a choice instead of ignoring the issue. Although we alerted them to the problem, we did not request a room change a second time. However, if it had not been a priceline pre-paid room, I would've requested a refund. The Motel 6 motel for--- next door, would've likely been better than the--- we paid.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice too.
There was hair all over the bathroom and the other guest were very loud. They let there door slam shut all night waking up our babies.
Location near the highway.
Lack of parking and no nearby options!
had stove refrigerator and microwave
no skellet in kitchen just a pot not a nought soap
It wasn't in a bad area.
This hotel was a big let down. It was dirty, run down, the shower was dirty, the carpet was bad, it just looked like no one had ever maintenanced an old apartment bldg from 20 yrs ago.
This was not a hotel. Looked loke an old converted appartment complex.
Rooms were great, with kitchenette.
Bathroom sink and shower needs drains cleaned, for quicker drainage. Little better cleaning would help.
Appliances: They WERE smelly; as soon as I told an employee he almost immediately wanted to take care of it. Gave reasonable explanations as to why. I had no intention of using them anyway. I was really late for check in: They were not only accommodating but gave directions. Staff overall: Very courteous. I felt welcome to ask for anything I needed and I got the feeling they would have given me the best results they possibly could. ALSO pay attention to the ad on your key for free pizza delivery. I only noticed on my last day.
NIce hotel with great people on staff. The people made me feel right at home. The rooms were great just like little apartments.
This was the worst hotel inwhich I have ever stayed. There were holes in the sheets and comforter, burn holes in the carpet, pubic hair in the bath tub, a very suspicious looking white stain on the comforter, and the lights did not work. The TV would not work because the power button had been ripped out and the remote was not the right brand to work it. The staff was very rude and condisending. The staff took my print out that had all of my information on it and would not give it back to me so I could not call Travel agency to get things fixed. It was the most horrible experience of my traveling career.
