The friendly and helpful staff. On site restaurant was a great bonus. Hot coffee and paper each morning near the front desk.
The spa needed to be cleaned better. There were dirty marks on walls where people had sat with their backs against tub wall. There were ants floating in the water. It was usable but not for the weak at heart.
Mostly quiet, a little traffic noise. I did have noise from maybe the room below me from a TV being very loud but it finally stopped or i fell asleep. The air conditioner drowned most of the TV noise.
outdated, rooms could use an update, didn't like the interior brick wall. Didn't like the the back entrances to the hotel were not key protected so anyone could walk in the back stairs of the hotel.
Location was good.
it smelled pretty bad and felt like a 50-year-old place with not much maintenance. Tiny bathroom.one and half star should be enough for this place.
Nice pool area, nice restaurant area, and parking was great.
The room/bathroom was really small and needed an update.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were excellent. It was also very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the other guests. The indoor pool was a huge hit with the kids. The buffet breakfast was good and very reasonably priced.
The hot tub wasn't working one of the days we were there.
2nd degree burn in my thigh from the heat box in the sauna, totally uninsulated.
Restaurant attached with inexpensive buffet
There was a pool
It was extremely dirty, the hot tub had dirty tiles all around it on the wall and the humidity was making stuff fall off, the toilet overflowed, the place hasn't been updated since early 90's
The restaurant, pool, room location easy check in & out
The bathroom was very dated and extremely small and ineed of some repairs. Bed was very uncomfortable.
The privacy of different entrances
No hospitality or information given about a the stay
It was easy to find and the staff was awesome.
When I hung up my shower towel the hook fell out of the wall. The chair was old and broken that was at the desk in my room and you could not tell until you sat in it and the legs came out from under me and I am not a big person.
There's a great Jacuzzi. The pool is not warm, more on the cooler side for winter swimming if you like a warming experience as we do. Rooms are quiet and the lobby was quite festive for Christmas. (Hotel employee) at the front desk was very acco
There is only one king size bed in this hotel, so a queen had to do. I actually love the brick corridors, although the carpet and walls feel very 70's - a dark and underground feel. Breakfast was not included, but the buffet was fine for ~ $7 each.
Friendly staff, excellent location.
Old. Dirty. Horrible beds. Smelled musty. Tiny tight bathroom.
It was centrally located between Freeport and Boston. The patio outside was really pleasant and I wish I had more time to relax out tHere.
The room had a horrible odor, like a damp old house or a swimming pool room. The hotel was dated and dark inside. Front desk staff were rather abrupt.
Clean room, updated thermostats, solid wifi.
Not enough electrical outlets!
The staff was outstanding, the restaurant/buffet was more than reasonably priced and served fantastic food. The rooms are dated but impeccably clean and the pool is a real pool with an 8 ft plus deep end. Bring life jackets for small kids.
Had leak from fridge, and bug on floor
It was clean and in good order. Relatively quiet.
I did not like that anyone could walk right in from the parking lot. There was no security system in the access from the parking lots (a key system). This is huge for a woman traveling alone. The ice machine was incredibly far away in this big complex.
That it was closer to mt relatives
The sink not in the bathroom. The horrible quality beds and blankets. The long hallways that took a long time to get to our room.
We thought everything was clean, staff was great, the breakfast buffet was $6 extra and filled the void. The rocking chairs outside near the garden was nice
The bathroom door lock was completely gone, the hole in the door handle where it had been was filled with toilet paper. I can only assume it had been like that for a while since the wad of toilet paper stayed there for the 3 room cleanings we got.
Proximity to freeway/turnpike system
Extremely firm beds, the restaurant does not have many selections
adjacent restaurant for breakfast
a bit outdated with poor outlets for charging electronics
It was conveniently located to Pathway Vineyard Church, which was my conference location.
