Tires were not inflated, staff dis not check state of the rental with me before leaving lot, and vehicle was not similar to that which i chose (i chose a kia soul or similar and received a nissan frontier pickup truck)7.6 Good

When you get the gas option where they fill up the car, you are required to pay for a full take, even though you only use half or less. A rip off.8.0 Very good

Our flight was delayed and when we got to Enterprise they had given our car away along with about 10 others who had contracts. They told me to they'd honor any additional costs. THEY DIDN'T! I will never use Enterprise again!10.0 Wonderful
