The staff were excellent, accomodating and professional. the hotel was excellent
Friendly & helpful staff. Relaxing and enjoyable stay. Big rooms. Great bar. Very attentive to replenishing drinks etc. The staff made it for us.
Slow food service but we were enjoying ouselves & didn't really notice, cold temperature in reception area
Great service and facilities are top quality. The staff are the hotels best asset very friendly and welcoming
We found our room very comfortable and luxurious, we were attending a wedding and the food was gorgeous too.
Excellent standard. Great to relax in the Spa and enjoy a good dinner.
Assuming this was the Limerick Radisson. Poor signage- it was hard to find-SatNav took me somewhere else.
Residents being kicked out of the front bar at 12.30 friday night. They served us a drink and told us we had to drink it in the reception because they had to get ready for a wedding party coming in at 1.30am. It was a 4 star hotel and this was totally unacceptable. Then after this my husband found out he was shortchanged at the bar. No a pleasant experience
The hotel is good but not as good as Radisson should be, Lobby was good but the bed rooms were not up the mark.
Open the window (room 312) and you can see the cluster of junk, broken floor and walls. Instead of having a nice sleep till 10am or 11am on Saturday morning, all I hear loud drilling at about 8am… Staff was the best part..
Nice layout of lobby. Good food. Well organized. Approachable staff, even the training staff.
No airconditioning. Rooms hot. Too noisy to open windows. Debs ball on the night we were there making it impossible to sleep. Day ruined.Gave up on our mini holiday.
Fleas in bathroom; no hot water in shower in morning; no newspaper available for 0800 breakfast; I received a telephone call from the hotel a day after I had checked-out, asking if I would be vacating my room that evening; hotel staff sorted empty bottles in yard outside my room at night.
