Central location, nice continental breakfast.
The spa was a little too warm.
Not enough breakfast selection
They are not friendly.
The only ice machine was out of order!
Nice location, The room was clean and quit even with it being on the corner next to the highway.
Room not clean, someone's leftover food sinking in the fridge, stains on towels, breakfast was a joke.
The hotel was quiet, clean and met our expectations
Elevator was broken on the morning we left and we were on the top floor. It would have been nice if they offered to help carry the bags down to the lobby.
Convenient location....great staff, good breakfast.
Clean, quiet, affordable, friendly and helpful staff, centrally located.
large clean room
jacuzzi not open till 11 as website listed
The Hotel exceeded my expectations for it, as it was rated at 2 stars. It deserves at the least 3. The young woman at the front desk on the night we checked in (10/21/2014) was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Beds were great, bathtub deluxe.
The manager/owner on the desk at our 11:00 checkout (10/22/14) was lacking customer service skills. He was neglectful and slightly discourtious. He was a detraction from our experience.
Right off the road, good location for road trip stop off.
Faint, unpleasant smell in the room.
Location & price were great. Rooms were large, beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
Could have used a thorough cleaning.
Really cheap quality linens and soap. Cheap breakfast. did not refill the coffee or the soap serve the motion. Did not replace the towels and matts. Brought it to the attention of the manager and he said they were just busy.
The location was near the Factory Outlets and dining.
The bed spread was worn. It had a tear due to being aged. Pillows were flat with no extras in the room. Shampoo was in packets which I don't care for. There was a feeling of thriftiness even though the price was not cheap for the stay.
Appeared to be renovated motel. 6
Close handicap parking.
Distance to beach. Paid more for room than was advertised on sign outside of hotel for walk-in's. Room was clean but everything looked old including bedding.
Belgian Waffles At Breakfast
they Charged Extra Fees At CheckIn For Having three adults and One child. Even Though The Room Cost Was For Four people
Great room, friendly staff, great price.
Directly at Hwy 101.
Good size room, friendly staff, low cost.
Can't complain for what you pay.
breakfast didn't start till 7:30 am and we had to check out at 7 am, would have been nice if it started sooner like at 6 like other places so we could have taken advantage of the continental breakfast which was one of the reasons I chose them to begin wit
That it was in lincoln city
That pictures look totally different and I got food poisoning from the cream cheese
Easy to find and close to everything
The staff was not pleasant at all. I never saw a single smile from the 2 front desk people I encountered. At least the check-in person spoke. The person at check out didn't even acknowledge me until I spoke and was dead silent when I went to 'breakfast'.
Was close to where we were visiting.
On third floor and it was very warm while the lower level was nice and cool.
Absolutely nothing. We will NEVER stay here again. I've stayed in Motel 8's that were nicer.
Everything. There were boogers on the cieling, we are pretty sure our sheets were NOT fresh. There was hair on the sink, hair in the fridge. The hotel staff was snotty and trite. An aboslute hole.
The breakfast menu was better than most. I love the location and the rate was not too bad relative to the overall experience. I also love the fitness room with the treadmill.
At check-in the staff could not verify our reservation even after showing my confirmation from Priceline. He had to call in to verify which kept us waiting and after a long drive, it was the last thing we need to go through.
The worst bed I have ever slept on. The pillows are even hard.
Waffles were good.
It smelled heavily of pet urine.
Burn holes in sheets. Looked like not changed. Human hair in bathroom. Room smelled like someone smoked. Could not understand check in person. Checked out at 6am and the owner or clerk, who ever he was, was rude about me waking him to check out.
the way it looked the staff. courteousness. sauna /steam.
for the occupancy it was too expensive. we were put at ground level but lower level like basement level so my wifi was weak.
i didn't like paying $5 extra for my children after i had already paid extra for two queen beds.
The room was nice. The beds were more comfortable then a normal hotel and the tub was a nice soaking tub. Only about a 1/4 mile to D-sands so the location was great. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff was pleasant. We used the gym and that was nice. Overall it was a very relaxing stay. Only negative that took off a star was there was mold above the shower.
unfriendly staff. maid did not change sheets, linens old.
rooms was average, rooms were old staff was unfriendly did not give introduction of the hotel facilities and time for breakfast
Korean staff was unfriendly and was not helpful did not honour AAA discount as staff was too lazy to ask and do refunds
Not a thing a waste of money.
All of it. Rude staff. Stale room. Pay way too much never go there again.
The staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. The room was clean and spacious, although there was no iron or ironing board in the room. There were only small packets of a shampoo/conditioner available and not very adequate if staying multiple nights. It was nice that there was a work out room, but it was small and very stuffy with limited equipment...towels were available through the front desk. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, but we did have to cross a very busy street to get there. Some of the street traffic can be heard from the the rooms and is a little noisy. There is an excellent Thai restaurant next door and the continental breakfast was above average for a typical hotel.
Where to begin? We booked and paid online and then got charged again upon arrival. Through a series of trips to the front dest and subsequent online bank statement reviews we got the problem solved (other than being charged over $* extra because we had a child, even though our receipt from Travel Website showed 2 adults and 1 child). The next morning we found the added bonus of a peeled banana and a half order of fish-n-chips in our refrigerator, mmmmm yummy. The smoke detector's battery door was hanging open and empty. Our room keys didn't always work in the exterior doors or our room door. While waiting at the front dest to get our keys fixed, we witnessed another person with the same problem. The internet was slow or not working at all. Don't get your hopes up for the continental breakfast. We won't be staying here again. No towels in the workout room.
