Nice, convenient hot breakfast and great location near highway. Friendly staff.
Pool an spa stayed open till midnight
Our stay was fine!
Staff were amazing!
The only issue was that there were Spider Webbs in the room.
The room had a stale smell to the room.
Price was a little high for the quality
Clean room, honored our request for two double beds, good breakfast
Very attractive - clean
Two 'minor-ish' things: why can't you put automatic doors at the front entrance, where everyone is trying to carry in their luggage. Also the iron rack was behind the shelf in the closet, I'm short and could barely reach it.
Location. Restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly.
Breakfast, out of many items on the buffet at 8:00 am.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was also quite nice.
Hairs found in the tub made us question the thoroughness of the cleaning crew, but the rest of the room seemed done well.
The staff was very friendly. Convenient location. Had an indoor pool with late hours. Plenty to choose from for breakfast.
No fridge or microwave in the room. No ice machine located on our floor. No smoking floor, yet the hallway smelled like cigarettes. This is the 2nd hotel that my daughter and I both broke out in a skin rash (laundry soap/bleach ??)
Got woken up twice by house keeping trying to come in room even when Do Not Disturb sign on door.
The bed was nice.
We were put in a smoking room when we had a baby with us. The caulking and grout in the bathroom looked a little old and grungy.
Our stay was lovely. The room was fresh and clean, albeit a bit cold to our liking, but that was easily fixed by turning off the air conditioner - even in early July. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The price was a bit higher than a comparable room we had booked two weeks earlier in St Louis at a different hotel chain. Never-the-less, I would recommend this hotel.
Stayed there for a baseball tourney. Staff was very accomodating, even gave us the use of a banquet room for pizza party. Rooms were clean. Overall I was pleased and would recommend
I'm a NON-SMOKER. I booked a non smoking room for 3 days. 1 person 1 small dog. I chose this hotel as they accepted pets as it says on their web site. When I arrived after driving 12 hours I was informed I would have to change from a non-smoking to a smoking room as they had put me in a non-smoking room. (which I requested) Nothing was mentioned on their web site nor was anything mentioned when i confimed my reservation about pets had to be in smoking rooms . I asked if I could put an extra deposite on the room, I would keep my pet kenneled, and with me at all times even when I was out of the room during the day. I was told no to all requests. I accepted the room. The room was very clean exept that it REEKED of cig smoke. Even my dog didn't want to go in. There were cig burns up and down the bath tube. I guess it is acceptable behavior to burn the furnishings but unacceptalbe to have a kenneled pet hat wouldn't burn the furnishings.\nON THE POSITIVE.\nThey did offer spray of which did little to no good. I emptied a can the first night. They did call me by my first name every time they saw me. The bed was VERY comfy. The breakfast was good and slightly different each morning. The walls are rather thin. It was very easy to hear conversations from the hall and from the rooms on either side of mine.
This was a nice hotel! The price was very good. The rooms had double queen beds. Very nice indoor pool & spa. The sauna was closed. The people we all nice & baked fresh cookies. Nice breakfast
