Residence Inn in general are top notch. Got a great price on the room. I enjoy most Marriott Hotels and this one was as good as they get. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of space!
Wish the coffee had been a little stronger!
Everything fine, beautiful apartment, flower around. Good breakfast, good staff, quiet and clean room. Suit like at home. Recommend.
The space, amenities and service.
It was a big spaced room with kitchen and very clean bathroom
Building doors are always locked, from des on third shift was rude.
They had a Grill on which we were able to cook some steaks.
The hotel appeared 'Old'. The carpets in the halls and the furnishings were worn. The room had a pull out bed which was ok. The tennis court was interesting but did not appear to be useable for any real tennis.
Two things rate equally; the staff and the rooms were fantastic!
There wasn't anything I didn't like about that hotel.
Friendly staff. Very clean room. No problems whatsoever.
Extremely friendly staff. Free breakfast and very clean@
The proximity to the airport was great.
The gatehouse is not connected to the buildings that hold the rooms which is fine when the weather is nice. It is not great when there is a foot of snow outside. Also, parking was very difficult. There did not seem to be enough spaces.
This is the Cadillac of extended stay hotels. Very plush.
Very convenient and good for family stay.
The place is really nice and the bed was so comfortable. The room was nice and clean and very spacious. I especially enjoyed the free hot breakfast that included the make your own waffle!! Yummmy
No parking in the front so breakfast was a long ways away from where I stayed in the back of the hotel...
I've stayed here numerous times and love it. Quiet, clean, and great staff. I stayed once at the Marriott Residence Inn in Columbia and it doesn't compare. This one is better and you can't go wrong with the complimentary breakfast and dinners (on select nights). Plus the pet fee is $25 cheaper at this residence inn than the one in Columbia. Plus the open parking is better versus the cramped parking located at the Columbia/Ellicott City location. When I brought my cats to the Columbia location, there was a huge hole in the bottom of the bed and I couldn't get my cats out. Maintenance had to come and help me. There are no holes in the beds at the BWI location.
It was my aunt's birthday and we decided to stay in a hotel for the weekend as she lives in Philly and we live in DC. She came down and we went up. We had a two-bedroom suite with a fireplace, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. We cooked ate, played games in front of the fireplace, and fell asleep in our comfy beds. \n\nI had so much fun that I suggested to my boyfriend that we come back up here very soon, so we are.
