Coffee maker was broke.
That I asked for extra blank and never got it. Then next night asked 2 times.they said would bring to room but I had to go down 3 time to get one. The bed was very hard and the control to make it softer was not on the bed.
Staff was very polite and accomadating.
Although I was upgraded at the same price. The room I booked was not available
Heated indoor/outdoor pool was great!
Front desk service was slow and not very helpful
The heated pool
The towels were like sandpaper, the bathroom floor got soaked every time the shower was run & the pull out mattress was very thin & uncomfortable. Also, 1 of the room phones didn't work & never got replaced.
Clean and well maintained property. Friendly and caring staff.
No local maps at front desk.
Day staff was excellent.
Being woke up at 1:30 in the morning to bring towels that I'd requested at 6:00 PM. The afternoon crew had a don't care attitude. For the price of the rooms you shouldn't have to wait on towels at the pool or for them to bring them to when you are asleep
The free breakfast and service at breakfast is the only thing positive I can recommend.
I paid for 3 nights at almost --- for a king room with jacuzzi. The bed was 2 twins pushed together with a foam pad that didn't fit. The little tiny pillows kept falling behind the top of the mattress. The heater on the jacuzzi did not work.
They also charged me for the room. I am waiting for my account to be credited back.
Friendly Staff.Excellence location. And Safe. The Breakfast buffet was excellence.
The room needed more cleaning. And bathroom was a little dirty. For a Hiltion Hotel. I expected more it was a little out dated. The Lobby was very nice. But the rooms are not on the same page.
Friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast.
Air conditioning unit was very load and made sleeping difficult with it running.
Dual thermostat controls, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.
Had to wait until 4:15 to check in since I asked for two rooms in close proximity.
Hotel was very clean, seemed to be fairly new. Surprised to see that it included a restaurant and bar area. Indoor/outdoor pool was also a nice surprise.
Overall, the stay was pretty good. However, the pool opens at 5:00am. I assumed for guests who want to swim for exercise. No noise rules were posted. Our room was over the pool and some teenagers were swimming and SCREAMING like it was the middle of the day. I called the front desk, but the guy who answered just said, 'I guess they had been waiting to swim and were excited.' AT 5:00AM!! We had 2 small children staying with us, but thank goodness they didn't wake up. We thought someone would go ask them to quiet down, but the racket continued. My step daughter went down to the desk in her pjs to complain in person. He apologized and gave us 4 complimentary breakfasts for our trouble, but I would have rather had 2 more hours of sleep. Suggestion: This hotel needs noise rules posted and enforced.
when i got there they didn't have what i had paid. the jacuzzi (forgive my spelling)in the room didn't work and that they didn't have any more and then she told me they had one but it was reserved so i felt like okay so was mine a two weeks ago. i may go back i hope everything be working in the room the next time. and for the price of the hotel there was no free breakfast.
