This is a fine little hotel. It's in a small city...so there's nothing super fancy here, but for a convenience in the area it's very good. It's clean, everyone is pleasant, the food is good..what more do you want for a short stay in the area!
It is located next to train tracks, but that can't be helped and we were too tired vacationing to hear a thing at night!
Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Stains on shower and tub were unappealing. No microwave in room. Only some rooms had refrigerator.
Staff was very helpful even though they were busy with an event taking place at the hotel. Room was very clean.
TV's were very small and it was hard to make the remote work. It was hard to get in and out of the parking lot because of the one way streets.
Location for our needs. We were attending a funeral :-(
Noise from the trains.Air conditioner did not always kick on as per set temperature.
room and bathroom good size/ bed and linen clean
ventilation did not work/ air conditioning did not turn on and staff informed with response to be described as lack of interest
Location and staff enjoyable
Once used to one way streets all was ok
Musty smell in room Outdated room décor, need new carpet, old television in roomHallway carpet smells and is filthy
The price was good. And it was the only hotel in the area. Staff was nice.
Beds were uncomfortable. Security doors to enter building didn't work. Had a restaurant so no free breakfast. Stingy with coffee even.
Value and cleanliness
the price for the room was reasonable. The meals in the restaurant were well presented and tasty. We'd eat there again.
The stairwells were a bit warm and stuffy. The train was right beside us but luckily for us we are used to them as we have a train passing quite near our home.
It was a place to sleep & shower
It was very dark. I hate that there were were very loud trains going by all hours of the night!
Staff. Front desk folks especially.
It is a small town hotel that's been there awhile - go with that expectation - isn't the Ritz.
Hotel was close to our final destination and we have stayed here before and knew what to expect.
We unfortunately had an air conditioner that needed maintenance but found a way around it. :)
Room was available
