the towels were dirty looking, its a weird set up and almost tripped on step down needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
skimpy breakfast, musty-smelling room, pixelating TV reception
The floor in the room had holes, divets. The carpet covered it. Otherwise for the 2 stars it was pretty clean!!
Cheapest option in the area.
Breakfast had limited options. The cereal was very stale.
Staff was always friendly and helpful. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered was a plus. Price was excellent.
No complaints at all.
Nothing it sucked
it was a place to lay our head. The front desk gals were pleasant and tried to be helpful. It was clean though dreary colored walls.
Not handicap accessible. Step down to HC room. Room we took had step up to get into area. Bathroom cramped,. bed low so husband needed help to get out of
Location, free wireless
not enough electrical outlets, no hot water on day 2 shower!, not enough pillows, had to wait a long time to get an iron and board,
It was close to the event I was attending.
The person who booked my room had me in a diffeent room that I reserved.
Nothing. Was supposed to be non smoking and instead was a smoking room.
Nothing - even price was high for what hotel offered
Everything - old and need major updating
Easy access on and off the highway. Close to some shopping and eating places.
The manager on duty told me I had reserved a smoking room.... neither of us smoke, and I don't understand how that happened?? He also told me I couldn't get the Wyndham rewards, because I went thru Priceline, I have never had that issue in the past.
It was cheap and the ladies at the front desk were very nice.
This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. There were hand prints, marks, and what looked like a blood smear on the wall behind the headboard of the bed. We could only try to not imagine where those gross remainders came from.
Little Falls is a great community to visit. The state park has amazing walking trails along the Mississippi.
The owner who greeted us was quite rude, noting that we should have not booked on Priceline and because we did it is going to take awhile. Breakfast was horrible with lack of options unlike other Super 8s we have stayed at.
It was an excellent location and the room was quiet.
All of the different levels would make it very difficult for older or disabled persons to navigate.
location is convenience
very dirty -- dirty blanket, dirty floor; tiny bathroom, not friendly staff
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed -- dirty blanket, carpet and smelly room; the staff was not friendly, and many wiered people seems stay there.
cleaness. Should never ranked as 2 star.
The location and the staff.
The location of our room and the smoke smell.
The breakfast bar was well stocked.
The person who checked us in was rude. There were ants in our room. We awoke to a leak in the bathroom. The refrigerator only worked if the lights were on. Oh and there was no wifi, just a community computer. The bedding was torn up and uncomfortable.
I witnessed and experienced rude treatment. When I needed a non-smoking room, I was told 'that's what you get for booking with Priceline.com. I don't like them.' Eventually he switched rooms, but for $20 more dollars, which was the original price anyway.
Front desk clerk was nice and pleasant
The room and common area were dirty and smoky. So bad, we forfeited the cost and booked a room elsewhere.
Hotel had nothing to do with it. i could not make the trip and could not get a refund.
Nothing fancy. You get what you pay for.
The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were new. I got stuck in a smoking room but the smell was not too bad.
The lobby, breakfast area & hallways reeked of smoke. In addition, the desk clerk was borderline rude and difficult to work with when it turned out one of the room reservations I made through priceline was lost. He hung up on customer service twice.
The staff was helpful. The 2nd room was clean.
When I arrived at 4.30pm, the only room available was a smoking room. Upon examination, I determined that there was no way I could use this room. After an hour, the front-desk person called me with an acceptable room. This will cause me to never use pr
Good central location. Shopping, Dinning, and Entertainment not far away. They even had a lighted city map displaying these places in the front lobby showing where to go, Phone numbers, and general info which really impressed me.
The room smelled like stale air when I first got there. Not enough electrical plug-ins (so bring a power strip if you have any electrical items). furniture needs to be replaced (springs in chair were shot). Room did not have a microwave to reheat food.
very nice staff
it should be owned by americans!!!
Proprietors were very nice and helpful, room was nice. Breakfast was really inadequate so we ate at a nearby Perkins.
Was a good room for the night, only one close to my destination.
Room was ready as promised, no surprises. Great value in my mind.
