Little Rock Vacations

In 1722, Bernard de LaHarpe landed on the banks of the Arkansas River. He was drawn to the region because of a small rock formation that he named "La Petite Roche" or "The Little Rock." Since that day, Little Rock has grown into a thriving city that not only is home to one of the most talked about presidents in history, Former President Bill Clinton, but it also offers a wide array of shops, restaurants, and a fabulous open-air market. Little Rock's southern climate averages a temperate 62º. Winter days are rarely cooler than 40º and summers tend to climb into the mid to upper 80s. With a warm climate, friendly locals, and excellent cuisine, tourists find Little Rock surpasses their expectations. Climb aboard the trolley system and enjoy the sights!
