Ok for price
Really nothing.. Good location
I was only there for a few hours, but the room was clean and fresh. Wasn't fancy but well kept.
Everything was fine.
I liked that the hotel was located on the edge of town and offered a a breakfast and laundry mat. The rooms also had a lock box available.
The rooms were very outdated.
Room and amenities were good
The choice points promotional at the hotel. My husband called them, they didnt answer our questions, so my husband asked to speak to the manager. Instead the person hung up on him.
Very comfortable and great location
breakfast was very limited and small
The staff was very friendly and helpful.. the swimming pool was a plus and there was clean towels there in the pool area....having a restaurant with fair priced meals and breakfast all day was also a plus.
The restaurant attached to the motel was good and reasonably priced, Also had a cool gift shop and candy store.
Outdated and not the best building coniditions.
worn carpet and tired decor
Given that we were travelling it was an ok hotel. Nothing great. Average hotel for the high price they charged us. The room had an odor. Staff was good though
The room was overpriced. Maid service was lacking.
Great staff- friendly and helpful
Seemed like everyone except us smoked cigarettes- all the benches are near doors, so it was hard to avoid.
Dining room lady was very nice and took care of my family.
Receptionist was rude and uninformative. My room had 2 doors leading to the parking lot and an interior noisy hallway. I was almost run over in the parking lot by an employee rushing to work.
The first room we stayed at was my favorite. Room 51. It had a kind bed and a private window that opened to a tree overgrowth area that was nice to have. I was surprised to find a fridge and microwave in every room which was really nice.
Very clean room.
The pool was under repair. The water pressure was low.
The free breakfast was cold cerial, the walls were dierty and had holes, towles looked like they were used and refolded for others to use again, the beds were broken and leaned to one side, the parking lot wasn't plowed and it was a sheet of ice
The room was large enough to accommodate luggage and other traveling gear. Fridge and micro were in good shape. Parking was very good. Bath and accessories up to date, very good. Plenty of storage space. King bed was okay. Breakfast set up very good.
The place was showing its age. Needs updating regards carpeting, TV, lighting in rooms, bed coverings. Some spillover noise from plumbing and adjacent rooms.
Nothing overall it was nice and we appreciated it.
I would have liked to have a few things added to the breakfast menu. It was good, but not amazing.
Proximity to Yellowstone National Park.
The breakfast was very poor.
Had an outside and inside entrance. Hotel was pet friendly. Staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was a short walk away from the hotel.
It was very handy and the staff who checked us, and in the breakfast area in the morning, were very pleasant.
Yes - we were given a smoking room with no opportunity that we observed to request a non-smoking room.
Beware if you have pets. Priceline says the hotel is pet friendly. However both Priceline and the hotel fail to tell you that you will actually incur extra fees, around $200 worth of them.
If we were staying more than one night, would have requested a new room or mattress. Ours was so worn out, I woke up with a sore back and it affected me for 3 days. Very old facility that needs major updating.
Quick check-in, friendly staff, nice continental breakfast. The lady working the breakfast area was very welcoming and helpful. My kids loved her!
Location is the only thing I enjoyed about the hotel. Just down the road was a great touch less car wash (perfect after spending your day on the road), a grocery store and several well priced gas stations. Livingston is close to Yellowstone, too!
There was a large 'mini fridge' which I was excited about. When on the road, we rarely dine out and it's wonderful to have a fridge. The fridge provided, however, was barely cooler than room temp when turned to max cold. The sink area is very small, too.
The walls were thin. The folks next to us talked until 2:00 am. Fortunately, I was working until late, but had I been sleeping I wouldn't have been as happy.
smelt of musty & mold. floor dirty piled dirt up 1 in. from wall , toilet around bottom dirty floor in bathroom muddy spots, & not clean behind door in bathroom, mold around tub, no breakfast like they said
The man at the front desk was very helpful and professional. We did notice the smell of cigarettes in the loby, but not in our room. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly. We will stay there again the next time we are in town!
It was indeed a satisfying experience spending 4 days in the hotel. The room was clean, tidy and no bad smell, probably because the rooms are recently reinovated. Beautiful paintings on wall, decent washrooms, and broadband wireless internet availablity in our room made my stay even more relaxing. Our truck was parked next to our room making it more convenient to come & go . It has one of the best dinning room in the town. Even though we don't have much of a choice in complementry breakfast menu, being a strict Vegetarian, you can get whatever on the plate by paying . A good value for money.
