The room was generally clean
-The bathroom was very small.
Easy access to underground, room large enough, spotless clean, good ratio quality/price
The best I can say is that I have stayed in worse hotels in London. The location (close to Paddington) is also very convenient.
The hotel has a lift but it only goes up to the fourth floor. Our room was on the fourth, so we had to carry our suitcases up a very narrow, winding staircase. The room was fine, a bit small but that is to be expected. Unfortunately it was not very clean. We stayed in July and it was very hot in the room, especially on the fourth floor. The windows only opened a crack and there was one tiny fan in the room. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. If you stay here, don't ask them to call you a cab to Heathrow. We ended up with an unlicensed driver who paid the receptionist before we left the hotel, drove like a maniac and charged us an exorbitant fare.
Shower could have been better. Lift was slow. No airconditionaing.
Bed was fine ! Breakfast ok ! Douche was fine, but had a slight drain smell.
Room was very small; the sink in the badroom belonged to a toilet...
It was near Paddington and very central, a plus for the location
On my first night I slept in a room on the first floor. But it was very noisy cause of the traffic in the night and the badly maintained windows: there were little gaps in the frame of the window where the traffic noise came in. I was able to change the room after the first night, which was more calm than the first room, I slept very well then.
The position was very good, near the Paddington station. The Staff was friendly.
The room was very small and not so clean, with a bad smell of old furniture. The bathroom was miniature. The lift was blocked between the floors few times and when we pushed the alarm nobody comed.
The hotel had very good location. The price was really cheap.
On your web site it says that breakfast is £ 5,00 per room but it turned out to be per person.
comfortable and great location. recently redecorated
