Almost everything, especially having the only room(195/8) on the top floor
The lack of empathy of the ladies that serve the breakfast
The staff are very pleasant.
Having to sleep in another property and have breakfast in another property and having to wait for breakfast because there were no places available. The breakfast rooms are also very cramped
location and breakfast, and spacious room
no wi fi or it never works
Nice quiet street, excellent location for commuting 3- 5 min walk to tube overground and Thameslink. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. All amenities you need just round the corner. Been ...
Not a lot
Staff very friendly and nothing to much trouble. Breakfast lovely. Large rooms
soft bed(can't please everyone) Not enough tea, coffee, sugar in room in a different building so had to go outside to ask at reception.
Location as daughter lives 2 streets away.
We did not like the half hour we had to wait for to be seated for breakfast, after the walk form our room situated down the street, not very well organised. Our granddaughter 13 yrs old asked for toast...
Friendly staff and a very nice breakfast.
The shower was not working properly and it kept going hot cold.
Very good value. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Quiet.
Toilets in with showers for rooms with shared facilities so in morning could not get to the toilet for people having showers.
Convenient location, friendly staff, and - real proper breakfast! not just muesli with juice, but proper english breakfast, that was included in the price.
I wish the check in time was earlier than 2pm. The breakfast is a little slow (but still good!!).
