Friendly efficient staff, great value for central London.
Tiny accommodations, which can't really be helped given the historic building. But very tight quarters for two adults.
I liked almost everything about the EC hotel during my 11 (9+2) nights stay. The staff boys were really nice, kind and helpful, the lovely lady kept my room and whole hotel clean. I sometimes have sleeping probs when change beds, but in EC I slept like a baby. Room is basic, clean, had everything I needed. The location is absolutely perfect, near E.Court underground District&Piccadilly lines, and busses like 74, C1, C3... The surrounding area is very nice, peaceful and safe, I felt very comfortable as a single female traveler. I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to London :)
The only thing I would change is maybe breakfast not to be the same every day, but in general it's ok :)
it is right next to the tube and earls court
this hotel was not very clean we had a fridge in our room which smelled so we could not keep things in it the room smelled aswell
hotel served a purposebecause of location, lots of stairs to get to our room so be prepared for a climb.
stairrs and small dining area
good location, coffee and tea making facilities, friendly and welcoming staff
Room very small, would soon need some restoration
staff very helpful and very kind. with a special mention to rafik.
There was in the room tea/coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Good location
Not enough ventilation in the bathroom
Lovely helpful staff, close to tube station and food places.
location to Earl's court station
Room was very small and dirty. The carpet and bedspread were filthy. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Instant coffee for breakfast, give me a break!
Showerarea/toilet was tiny. Poor hot water supply to shower in morning
location close to tube easy to get to. staff very helpful, friendly and courteous.
did not have 24hr room service or bar
