no wifi in the rooms (hello!), very, very small rooms
Location, locatiom. location - you can walk to many points of interest - Piccadilly Circus, Regent St, Buckingham Palace, Bond St, Oxford St etc. Green Park Tube/ bus is a few minutes walk away - with good connections - multiple tube lines - direct to Heathrow Airport and one stop from Victoria. Walk to the theater, local pubs, galleries or museums . The room - very comfortable, great staff
In our first room we had difficulty with the electricity but we were moved to a better roomand enjoyed the rest of our 14 day stay.
Superb location, professional attitude, good rate.
Room was warm [no A/C], and some how noisy from the surroundings and its location [adjacent to staff room].
The check-in process was a complete shambles. The staff were not helpful at all.
