Convenient location and can enter from Paddington Station. Good for a quick 24 hour visit. Staff was very friendly.
Rooms are dated and no blow dryer in the bathroom.
The comfortable room and the quiet.
The long elevator queues.
Service, room, gym all fine but for the price you are paying for location.
Convenient to Heathrow while still being in London but super expensive. Tea for two at the hotel was 32 pounds ($50) and they gave us one pot of tea, one scone, 3 tea sandwiches, and four tiny pastries. When we asked for more tea they just put more hot water in our tea pot. We finally complained when we saw that a couple next to us got two scones, but we had to go thru the manager and our meal was over by then and we were full from drinking hot water. We knew we would pay a premium by having tea at the hotel but we were tired from our travels and were disappointed that the staff was so inattentive.
Location is easy access to Paddington.
The service was horrible at the front desk upon check in. Our reservation was cancelled without notice and the hotel refused to honor it (even though they admitted they had rooms). We found another reasonable hotel where the service was exceptional. Avoid this place!
No slippers offered .no free ontetney
verygoood hotel and staff
brekfaste with room
open restuarant for the middle of the night
Pleasant and comfortable stay
I booked this hotel for the parking that was available. The directions for parking were unclear and I ended up parking at a location that was probably not as directed. A clear map showing the local parking stations would be most helpful and even a valet service would be appropriate for this class of hotel.
spaceous, good price for hilton (thru booking.com) - better even than booking thru hilton directly
direct access to paddington station closed early morning when needed it to be open - got wet in rain as result!
