Friendly staff. Assisted inparking arrangements.
Hotel was very basic. Very small shower. Not particularly comfortable.
The Hotel doesn't have a car park.
great position for getting to Universtiy of East London and handy for Stratford station
There are 2 buildings. The first night I was in the left hand building - shabby hallway, and was given a room which was really noisy (room 6) - front door, people talking downstairs, but worst, a water tank next to the room which made a really loud noise everytime someone in the building used any water. Also the bed was awful - springs poking through. My second room in the other building was better but still very basic. This is a budget hostel type place at a hotel. price.
The service was very friendly and helpful; the location close to Stratford Underground
Friendly manager. Adequate and economic. Good location as University of London Stratford is just around the corner and eating places 5 minutes up the road, bus to Stansted Airport 8 minutes up the road at Stratford Underground which can take you right into London centre.
Reading lamp would be handy but I believe it is on its way as the place is being renovated.
the service of the staff. We had a; little problem in the shower. When we went to the staff they fixed it for us.
The view from our room. They use the backyard as a dumpster for old furniture.
Ok location for the 02 dome, spacious room apart from the bathroom.
The bathroom. it was tiny. the shower was really uncomfortably small- I had to turn on the spot to get washed, ladies dont even try to wash your hair- you wont be able to get your arms up to do it! The water pressure was good, but the cubicle was just so small. Also the toilet was butt up against the wall, so I had to use it sideways, I wouldnt have been able to shut the doorto the bathroom anyway had I been able to sit on it properly as there was no room to do so!!
Did what I needed. Clean room close to university for exam. Staff very helpful.
Do not expect more than a basic room and that is what you get.
Close to the University that I was attending.
